"Jennie, let's go!" Rosé yelled for her fiancée.

"I'm riding with Alice," Jennie walked down the stairs.

"We're taking the same car," the older girl said.

"Not anymore, we're not," Alice smiled, grabbing her keys. "You stress her out too much. We'll meet you there."

"Seriously?"

"Get out," Jennie snapped.

Rosé rolled her eyes, opening the door. "You can't stay mad at me forever, J."

"Watch me."

Rosé shut the door behind her, and Alice stood.

"Let's go," she said to her sister-in-law.

"Jennie," Jisoo called the girl's name.

Jennie turned around, eyebrow raised. "What?"

"She didn't mean it."

"Whatever you say, Jisoo," Jennie rolled her eyes.

Alice and Jennie left the house, and were on their way to the OBGYN. When they had finally made it, Alice parked her car and the two got out. As soon as they walked into the waiting room, Jennie's name was called. Jennie saw Rosé stand up out of the corner of her eye.

She walked over to Jennie, grabbing her hand. "I'm sorry," she said.

Jennie looked her up and down. "I don't care," she spat, and she walked over to the nurse.

"Deserve," Alice sided with Jennie.

"Oh, fuck you," Rosé rolled her eyes as the two followed behind Jennie.

The nurse smiled at the three of them "Where's the father?" she asked.

Rosé raised an eyebrow. "The biological father is in China, promoting with his group," she said. "The 'father' that is going to raise the child is standing right in front of you."

The nurse studied the three until realization hit. "You're Jennie Kim?" she looked at Jennie.

"No," Jennie said; the nurse looked taken aback, "I'm Jennie Park."

Rosé was surprised. They got into that argument, and Jennie still claimed her last name? She really won, didn't she?

"Can we please get on with our appointment?" Jennie rolled her eyes.

"Of course! I apologize," the nurse apologized.

Rosé let out a small giggle, and in return Jennie elbowed her in the stomach. The older girl grunted, making Alice let out a laugh.

The four made their way to a room, and the nurse got them settled in.

"Your doctor will be right with you," she smiled before she left.

The door closed and Rosé turned to her fiancée, "You can't still be mad at me."

"You told me you didn't want our child," Jennie said, "and you expect me to just get over it within a few hours? Go to hell."

"That's not fair," the older girl pouted. "It was the heat of the moment, I didn't mean it—"

Jennie looked at her. "Let me have the gender reveal," she said.

"No," Rosé shook her head. "I told you, I don't think it's a good idea."

"But you want me to forgive you?"

"Uh, yeah."

Jennie looked her up and down, then rolled her eyes. "As I said before," she said, "you can go to hell."

"You used to forgive me so easily," Rosé pouted. "What happened?"

The younger girl sighed. "I don't know," she said. "It's just that—never mind."

"No!" Rosé shook her head. "Say it. I want to know what the problem is, J, so we can fix it."

"Fine," Jennie turned so she and Rosé could look at each other. "Ever since we got engaged, it's like...the more the days go by, the more I fall out of love with you."

Alice's jaw dropped.

Rosé's heart broke in that moment. "What the fuck, J?"

"You told me to say it," the brunette turned away from her fiancé.

"I have to go," Rosé stood up, walking to the door. "Have the fucking gender reveal. I'll meet you guys at home."

"Rosie—"

"I don't want to hear it, Jennie."

And with that, Rosé left.

Jennie groaned, rubbing her temples. "What did I just do?"
