I turned around and headed to the door, and the second I opened it, I saw her, looking at me with widened eyes and tears decorating her rosy cheeks. Her eyes fell on my mother's body on the floor, and I could notice the fear on her eyes. I immediately pushed her away and ran on the corridor, "Alvin!" she called, I wanted to ignore her but my body was so oblivious when it comes to her, she has a strong power on me.

"Don't follow me!" I managed to say

"Please, stop!" she exclaimed, her voice full of sorrow.

I turned around and opened the door, one more step and I will be out. a small part of me wanted her to stop me, to hold me, to love me and save me, but I know the rest of me won't allow her, not anymore. I stepped outside, feeling the fresh wind running on my face, and before I close the door for once and for all, I heard her silvery voice, like a symphony to my ears "I will always love you!" and with that I closed the door and never opened it again...
