Chapter 7- Doctor doctor

While we're were in the car I black out, I couldn't see anything but darkness as I heard my mother faintly calling me to wake up.

When I come to I heard a beeping sound. My head is not hurting as much as before. I still feel like crap. I groaned and opens my eyes to a bright light, I put my hand over my eyes to protect them form the light.

"Ugh." I groaned as I look around and realized I was in a hospital bed. My mother was holding my other hand and looked at her.

"OH Thank goodness Knighblade I was so worried I thought I lost you!" She said with tears coming down her face.

"Hm? I what happened?" I said groggily.

"You fainted in the car. I was trying to get you up but you didn't answer. I checked you and you were extremely hot. Then when I got to hospital I told them what had happened and got them to take you out the car. Then after that I call your father about a hour ago and he said he be here in few hours. Oh sweetie I'm glad your ok." She said as she whipped her tears.

"Sorry to worry you mom." I said quietly trying to calm her down.

"How can I not your my son. I'm going to get the doctor now." My mother said and let go of my hand.

"Also how long was I out?"

"Eh give or take 4 hours." My mother said as I nodded.

A few minutes later my mother came back in with a doctor and a few nurses. He asked my mother to wait outside of the room. He did his normal doctor routine of check me asking me a few questions like "do you feel pain here and there?" And "Do you need anything else."

"So umm doc. Do you know what wrong with me? Cause I basically thought I just had a bad cold or something." I asked politely.

"Ah yess, you be fine in a few days, and no you did not get a cold. You had a bad case of drug poisoning."

"Huh strange cause I don't remember taking any drugs. I think the last on I took was a Tylenol for the massive headache."

"Well either way we like you to stay a few days just to make sure that drug is out of your system. Well you might of not takin it with you knowing. Say do you remember anything that might be related?"

I thought for a second then I remember the incident at the mall and replied "maybe because of that kidnapper?"

"What now?" The doctor said confused.

"Well two days ago this kid ran up to me when my friends and me were at the mall. I basically punch the guy in the face when he attack and I felt a tiny needle like and acupuncture need stab but thought nothing of it think it was an accident or just the kidnapper being desperate to do anything to try to defend himself." I explained.

"Might of been that. Well now you rest up ok? I'll check on you later for now I'll explain to your mother what happened."

I nodded and watch him leave. I was left alone in a room and I just wanted to sleep so I did. A few hours later I was still laying in the hospital bed and a nurse cane in to give me food and pain killers.

The next day went quietly until the afternoon around four. There was a knock as I was reading a book that one of the nurse gave me she said that it's something to entertain you and don't spend too much time on my phone. I put a book mark in and close the book as I said "Come in."

"Knighty Knighty! I was so worried!!!" Kin said as he walk over and hugged me as the Knightmare walked in as well.

"Heh thanks. But why are you here?" I asked quietly as. I push him off of me.

"To make sure your ok. I tried calling you but you didn't answer yesterday so me being me, went and walked to your house after school. Your dad was there and said you were at the hospital! We were so worried so I ask him to give me the address of the hospital to visit you."

"Thank you and sorry for worrying you. The doctor said I be fine after a few days. Ugh which me work when I get home." I said.

"We're glad you ok Blade. I made you some pudding if you like some." Knightmare said and handed me the pudding she made.

"Thank you thats really kind of you Knightmare." I said with a small smile and took it and tried it.

I was speechless for a a few seconds, as Knightmare and Kim watched then Knightmare said "Do you like it?"

"This is...." I paused as Knightmare looked a little sad.

"It's ok if you don't like it." Knightmare said.

"No, no, it's not that." I desired her and then said "This is the BEST pudding I ever tasted" and continued to eat it.

I wasn't joking either it was the best thing I ever had in all my lives. Knightmare seemed to be happy of my response as Kim laughed.

"Oh my god, I never thought I seee a cool guy like Knightblade swoon over pudding before." Kin said, laughing as I blushed.

"This is the best! Seriously it's a hundred no a thousand no a million times better that the hospital food." I said as Knightmare smiled and blushed.

"Hey Knightmare mind if I try some?" Kin asked and Knightmare nodded.

I shoved the spoon full of pudding in his mouth and took the spoon back and continued to eat it. As if something just lit of fire Kin's eyes sparkled and he said "THIS IS THE BEST THING I EVER TRIED!!!!"

"Wow thanks guys." Knightmare said blushing tomatoe red.

After I finished the pudding we talked a while and the nurse care in to tell use visiting hours where over. Kim left and before Knightmare left I held her hand.

"Hm? What is it?" Knightmare asked and turned towards me.

"D-do you th-think you can make more pudding for me once and awhile?" I ask shyly and quiet and let go of her.

She giggles and said teasingly "oh blade no need to be embarrassed, of course! I'll give some more to you went I do make more!"

"Am not."

"Yes you are you were stuttering~"

"Anyhow thanks for visiting and thank you for the pudding."

"No prob bob." Knightmare said and left.

With that I was left alone on the bed agian.
