Chapter 29

~10 days later~

You just got out of your house when you noticed that the boys weren't outside your house but you decided to ignore it.

Maybe they came to school early?

You frowned when you realized that you were expecting them outside your house which was not good.

You raised a brow when you saw Bin's, Sanha's and Minhyuk's chairs were empty.

"Yow, girl!" Jennie yelled as she waved her hand in my direction.

"Jiji!" Ahra yelled.

They both glared at each other before looking at you again, they smiled and then walked in your direction and then gave you a hug which you didn't really enjoy since they were suffocating you and you can feel their intense atmosphere.

"Can't breathe," You breathed out. Both girls let you go and smiled sheepishly at you.

You went to your seat with Ahra and Jennie following you. As you put down your bag, you took a glance at the empty chairs.

"Where could they be?" You mumbled.

"Wait, you don't know? I thought you were the first one to know." Jennie furrowed her brows. You only looked at her with a questioning face.

"The boys are absent and they didn't tell me why," Jennie said.

"Oh..." You said.

"That's ok Jiyeon, don't be sad. You have us!" Jennie said.

"What are you talking about? I'm not sad, not even a bit." You chuckled.

"But you are," Both girls said which made you stop.

Am I sad? Of course no! Right?

"Pffft! I told you, I'm not." You waved it all off by laughing, at least trying.

"Yeah," Ahra said while both of them looked at you with a 'believe what you want to believe' look.

"Do you want some?" Yoongi asked. He handed you bibimbap sushi.

"Thanks, Yoongi," You said and sighed.

"That's a heavy sigh you have there, is there something wrong?" Yoongi asked.

You shook your head and took a bite at the bibimbap he gave you.

"Don't even bother anymore, Yoongi," Jennie said.

Suddenly, your phone rang. You excused yourself.

"Hello?"

     "Jiyeon!"

It was your Uncle Minho....and he was crying. His family came with your parents for the business trip to Seoul.

"Is there something wrong?"

"We're at the hospital right now.
Your parents wanted to surprise you,
they already planned on going back
to Busan while me together with my
family will spend some more time here
in Seoul..."

"A-And?"

"While they're on their way there,
they got into a car accident. Your mother
is fine but your father was critical."
