(Aaron's POV)
After what happened last night, I couldn't get any sleep at all. This new found power taking control of me, the relic being almost complete, it's just one crazy roller coaster for me. As we arrived at the Phoenix Capital, me and everyone else (including the wolf pups) got off the boat.
"The Phoenix Capital... it's been a long time since I've been here." Said Other Aphmau.
I could imagine how hard this must be for Other Aphmau. I looked to Aphmau... she seemed.... unsettled. Then I felt something yank on my jacket. It was Lilith.
"Mr. Lycan?" Lilith asked.
"Yes?" I questioned.
"Make sure my mommy doesn't get into trouble okay?" She asked.
"Okay." I replied.
I walked away from Lilith and over to Aphmau.
"You sure you're up for this?" I asked.
"Nope." Aphmau replied.
"Me neither... but it's worth it." I said.
"Yeah." Said Lucinda.
"True." Melissa added.
I looked to Katelyn, Other Garroth, and Other Aphmau. They began walking and Alina and Lilith began following them. Daniel, Dottie, Maria, and Rylan followed them as well.
Me, Aphmau, Melissa, and Lucinda followed them too.
This might be risky... but it'll be worth stopping Shad. Especially Ein.
