Chapter 105: Trapped

(Aphmau's POV)

As I ran through the hole in the wall, the holes in the ground were patched up by Dottie's ice magic. The shattered window was still the same and I saw Ghost still inside the green crystal ball.

"Ghost!" I exclaimed.

"Aphmau." Said Ghost.

I ran over to her and placed my hand on the green crystal ball she was in. She placed her hand where my hand was too.

"I'll find a way to get you out." I said.

"Don't." Said Ghost.

I paused.

"Why?" I asked.

"I feel like I don't have much time left." Said Ghost.

I was confused.

"What do you mean?" I questioned.

"We've been through so much lately and.... I don't think I can stay with you guys forever." Ghost said.

"You're...." I said.

"Fading.... I know...." Said Ghost.

I looked down and then looked back up and nodded.

"Ghost, I—" I said but I got cut off.

I heard a loud bang as something bursted through the walls. Debris and smoke filled the room and I was coughing and I took a few steps back from the crystal ball that Ghost was in.

"Wha...?" I questioned.

As the smoke cleared, the debris from the damage of the wall was scattered everywhere and the thing that bursted through the wall was Shad in his new wolf form.

He glared at me and I shook with fear and my eyes widened with terror.

"Irene...." Shad said.

I backed away slowly. He jumps up and when I look up with fear, he pounced onto me, pinning me to the ground. I tried struggling to get free but he was too strong.

"GET OFF ME!!" I screamed.

He didn't listen to me at all. He pushed down on me but not hard enough to crush me. Only hard enough to make me gasp in pain as my ears flopped down. He stopped pushing down on me, letting me breathe, but he still had me pinned to the floor.

He growled and lowered his muzzle to my face. I looked away in fear. His nose bumped my ears and his breath caressed my cheek. I felt a few drops of saliva fall onto my neck. I began crying as hot tears escaped from my eyes.

"Scream all you want Irene..." Shad said to me.

He lifted his muzzle away from me and he then whispered something into my ear.

"No one will come for you." He said to me in my ear which made my ear twitched.

I couldn't do anything. He had me pinned down and I don't even know what the hell he's gonna do to me.
