I picked up my phone and started scrolling through Instagram. I kind of like it, it's fun and makes the time pass.

Someone kicked my door, harshly, causing it to open wide. I flinched at the noise, but I knew that it was Maverick, since he's the only one who kicked my door.

He walked in my room, smoking a cigarette and began looking through everything, when his eyes landed on the desk. I watched him walk towards it, opening the drawer and taking out a portrait.

I stood up and slowly leaned over to see a picture of me and Evan held in his hand. He smirked my way, as Thibbault entered.

I was so confused.

What are they going to do?

"Should I break this?" Maverick asked me, the cruel smirk still plastered on his face.

"No--" I began to protest, but Thibbault grabbed me in a tight hold.

"Yes." That's when I saw the picture frame fall to the ground, but it didn't completely shatter.

My eyes widened, that was the only picture I had of him. He gave it to me before he left. He was my first ever friend.

I wriggled in Thibbault's hold, trying to get away, but his grip was too tight and I wouldn't break free from it.

"Who was that anyways?" Maverick asked, throwing his cigarette on the ground.

Choking back a sob, I didn't reply, which only fuelled his anger.

"Answer him." Thibbault twisted my arm, harshly. I screamed in pain.

"T-That's my f-friend." I tried to stutter out.

"You don't deserve friends." Maverick said and he began breaking the frame and ripping the picture to shreds.

"No! Please don't." I screamed. "That's the only picture I have of him." I cried, With pleading eyes, I begged him. "Maverick please.."

He ignored my pleas and kept kicking it until it was nothing but thousands of tiny ripped pieces of paper.

I was so distraught that I didn't notice Elliot coming into the room and pulling Thibbault's arm off me.

"What the hell is wrong with you guys?" Elliot yelled at them.

I stared at the ripped pieces, before walking towards them and kneeling down on the floor.

"That's the only picture I had..but you broke it.." I whispered, picking up a piece.

The tears were streaming down my face, but it gave me a boost of confidence.

"You're so heartless. You guys are just like Mom." I screamed in agony.

I looked at Maverick and from the look on his face, he looked like he wanted to kill me.
