After lunch Ash and I walk into her room. She rubs her lower back for the fourth time while walking over here.
"Is your back feeling okay...?" I ask and she turns and gives me a light smile.
"Yes ma'am. Just a little stiff you know." She says looking down and taking off her jacket.
"I could help with that." I say quietly while blushing. Ash just looks over and smirks.
"And how would you do that love?" Ash playfully asks while walking over to me. She walks real close to me and I get a sudden burst of confidence.
I slowly start lifting the helm of her shirt up a little so I could slide my hands under it. Her smirk falters and I see a light shade of blush on her cheek and nose.
My finger tips trace up her abdomen memorizing every muscle. When I get to the top of her abs I grab the shirt and start lifting it up. She helps me take it off her cause I'm not tall enough to get it over her head.
She stares down at me as I break our eye contact and look down at all of her tattoos that I can see from the front.
My finger traces the word on her hipbone. 'Always.' I see her skin get tiny bumps to cover it. "Always... what does it mean..."
"I when I was younger my mom told me and I quote 'I love you.... always' and I would answer with 'always?' And she would answer with 'always.' And when I got my back tattoo. I was like 17. I just thought I needed something to honor her. Something that would mean something to me. It reminds me that even though she isn't with me now... she will always love me." She explains as I trace the word letter by letter.
"What about this one." I ask as I lightly take her right arm and trace the bicep of the arm. It has a beautiful rose that's in black and white. I trace my finger down to the fallen petal down by her elbow.
She chuckles a little. "Well you see... it might sound stupid but um... I love the story of beauty and the beast. I thought about the idea that the beast would be running out of time when the least petal dropped. It kinda showed me that I have no time to waste and once the last petal drops... once I do that one stupid thing that ends it all.... it's over." She looks down at me moving a strand of hair out of my face.
"That's not stupid... it's beautiful." I whisper and she leans down to kiss me but I move around her to see her back tattoo. I start tracing it over her sports bra. I see chills go down her spin as I brush her red messy hair out of my way.
"I know how you got this one." I whisper lightly tracing it.
I see her nod.
"How exactly was this supposed to help my back." She asks and I can feel her smirk.
"Me mesmerized by your tattoos had nothing to do with it...." I say as I finish tracing the tattoo. I push her over to the couch and sit her down so she is facing one side of the couch. I sit behind her and start massaging her back.
I feel her sigh as my fingers press into her skin. I go from her shoulders down. I make it down to her lower back that has raw skin from her rubbing it. I lightly trace my fingers over the raw area.
"You need to stop rubbing it. You'll make it worse." I say lightly and she nods. She leans back so that her back is laying against my chest. I lean back onto the arm rest and slowly snake Mya rounds around her body to her hands. I play with her fingers.
"So... you want Natasha here...."
"Mhm she is my bestfriend and I really need her right now." I say and she moves her head to look up at me. I look down at her which can't be the most flattering angle but whatever.
"Oh..." is all she says.
"Hey... Ash..." I say taking my hand from hers and moving it to trace her jaw. "I know I have you... I know I can trust you with things. I have known her for my whole life. She knows me."
"Then help me know you." Ash whispers.
"Okay I'll tell you one thing about me and you tell me one thing about you and it has to be good." I say and she nods. "Okay so when I was 8 my male maid came up with this story about some random Indian Warrior who was like magic and it was amazing. I don't remember the story fully but be made me believe it was real for about 6 years." I say laughing a little.
(A/n: this is a true story my dad made up and Indian warrior named Wakalonga. I believed it for 6 years and my parents still bring it up to this day whenever we talk about camping. Not funny.)
Ash chuckles a little. "That's cute."
"You're turn. Tell me something I wouldn't even believe." I say and she thinks for a moment.
"Okay I got it.... you were my first kiss..." she says shyly and my mouth drops.
"I- what?!" I ask sitting up a little and she sits up with me.
"You told me to tell you something you wouldn't believe." She says shrugging. "I just always been busy with working out or keeping the world from going to war and then Jacob. I haven't really had time to. You know. Kiss someone. And even thought I have had the chance to. Even though I have beautiful girls left and right I wanted my first kiss to be special. Someone that I'm fa- uh someone that I felt gravitated to you know?"
