Chapter 12

Avery's POV

I got in a bikini and put a loose tank top over it with shorts. Delaney has the same thing on. We hear a knock at the door and I go to open it because Delaney is freaking out right now.

I open the door to see Zac, Liam, and ash all wearing button up shirts that weren't buttoned up. Ash had a bikini top and ripped shorts. She smirked at me as I blushed at her from the door way. Liam clears his throat. "May we come in?" I nod and move out of the way as the boys enter. Ash stands by the door with me.

"You ready" ash asks leaning on the door way, "because something is telling me you have never been swimming before."

I blush. "No. Well yes. Well... yes I'm ready and no.... I've never been swimming before. But I have read about it!" I say looking down. She chuckled.

"Nerd." She says winking at me. My jaw drops.

"Kidnapper!" I say pushing her back slightly.

"I already told you I had no clue about the kidnapping of you!" She says gaining her balance back because she wasn't ready for me to nudge her. "However, if I had known Jacob was kidnapped... I would have been right there on you front door ready to kidnap you." She say poking my nose. I flick her finger away from me.

"See. Kidnapper." I say and she laughs.

"You can't say us kidnapping you wasn't the best thing that ever happened to you. The food is better, the music is better, the clothes are better, the town is better, the rules are better... also, I'm here." She says smirking.

"You are right," I say with a sudden burst of confidence, "the food is great, the music is fun, the clothes are great, the town is pretty lovely, and rules might need a little bit of help though... and you... you are just... the craziest and weirdest thing that I need to watch over to keep alive."

"Ouch! Thing?" She says holding her heart. "Come on princess... I thought we were closer..." she whispers the last sentence and leans in a little. I bit my lip and blush. Her smirk falters when she sees me blush. Our eyes connect and her green eyes fill me with comfort. Like I'm free. Like I'm safe.

"Alright let's go!" Liam says walking out the door way, bumping into Ash on the way. She grabs his shirt and pushes him into the wall.

"You slammed into me on purpose." She says frowning.

"It broke you out of your love trans." He says and smirks.

"You are seriously lucky that you are one of my best friends or I would shove your head not the wall. " she says seriously and Zac laughs. He has his arm around Delaneys shoulder. I smirk at them.

We all walk out of the palace and The three demons bring Delaney and I over to the back. There stand three dirt bikes. Ash walks over and hands me a helmet. She puts one on her self and she gets on one of the bikes. I'm standing there in awe. Liam gets on one and Zac helps a nervous Delaney onto his bike and puts a helmet n her. Ash turns and looks at me with her helmet on.

"You can ride with either me or Liam" Ash says. "Your choice." I can hear the smirk on Ashs face. I walk over to Ashs bike.

"Oh come on princess why not pick me!" Liam exclaimed.

"You kidnapped me. I don't trust you." I says seriously and the other three laugh. I get on the bike behind Ash keeping a good distance between us. The other two take off.

She clears her throat. "You are gonna wanna get closer." She says and I scoot my body closer to her. There is still a gap between us. "Littler more." She says nervously. I scoot closer to her.

"Okay now hold on." She says and I put my hands on her stomach. She takes off. I frantically attach myself to her not letting go. I feel like life itself would end. After a little while I start getting more comfortable on the bike.

I move my head from her back and open my eyes. I see a beautiful green forest. It was zooming past but I still saw it. I can feel Ashs toned stomach. Nope. Nope I don't feel her stomach.

Ash stops at a river that has a rope tied to a tree. She takes her helmet off and gets off the bike. You can see red marks on her abs were I was holding on so tight. I blush.

I take off my helmet and Ash takes it with a smile.

"Fun right?" She asks and the takes off the button up shirt and gets rid of her shorts. She runs and jumps in the water.

This will be fun.
