Avery's POV

Natasha bugs me all night until she finally falls asleep. I fall asleep not too long after her. When I wake it it's because of a loud bang opening my door. Both Natasha and I shoot up both jumping out of bed.

Ash walks over with blood and scratches on her face and a red mark on her neck. She wipes her nose with the back of her hand that also has blood on it.

Running up to her i grab her face and study it. All she does is take my waist and pull me into a hug. "You're okay..." She whispers with relief.

"Yes Ash i'm fine but you clearly aren't... what happened" I ask pulling away from her to look at her beat up face. I run my eyes down to her neck as I trace my fingers across the mark.

"Your Fathers men woke me up this morning with a little bit of rope to my neck." She says with an eye roll. "They didn't realize I was stronger than the three of them combined even with the lack of air."

"He- my Father?" I ask and she nods with her hands still on my waist. "How much of this is your blood?" she just shrugs as I take her hand pulling her with me all the way to my Fathers room. The two guards outside his door put their arms up blocking me from the door.

One of them slightly pushes me back and Ash pulls me away from him. "If you would like to keep your hand I suggest you don't touch her." Ash threatens while walking close to the guard.

I go around them and open the door to my Fathers room and pull Ash along with me, making it to my Fathers bed were he laughs with my mother. They are both as far as they can be on the bed.

"You sick and twisted-" I start yelling making both my Father and Mother wake with a startled expression.

"Wha- Wha-" Is all Francis gets out before he sees a bloody Ash, "Where are my men?"

"On the floor of my bedroom... they may or may not wake up... I wasn't too cautious." Ash says shrugging.

"You think you could come into Ashs palace and try killing her? Oh you have no clue the amount of strength and power she has..." I start whispering to him at the end as Francis sits up on his bed.

"The first day I came here Ash got mad at you for taking Jacob and she took down 52 guards that got in her way.... only to come out of it with a couple bruises and scratches." I state to Francis that gets wildly uncomfortable under my mothers and my gaze. Ash wasn't looking at him, she was watching me.

"Avery I was taking out a threat." He states and I scoff.

"You don't know what a threat is yet." Ash says gearing at him then settling her gaze back at me.

"Stay away from Ash. Then next time you try something like this I will let Ash kill you and don't think she won't do it." I say to him then take Ashs hand and walk her out of the room.

As we walk to my room she slowly laces our fingers together making me calm down. How do our hands fit so perfectly. Ash slowly makes us come to a stop.

"Hey hey... Ave." She says lightly making me turn to her. I look down at my feet while she tucks some hair behind my ear. "Look at me."

I slowly look up with tears in my eyes. She has so much blood on her face but the only thing that is the same are her gorgeous green eyes. "I'm okay... you are okay too. Nothing is going to happen to you or to me...." She pauses for a moment, "nothing is going to happen to us."

I nod and she pulls me in for a light kiss. When our lips touch I taste the iron of the blood that has gotten on her lips. I pull away and wipe my lips with the sleeve of my sweater.

"Am I that bad of a kisser?" She asks playfully making me smile a little while she holds my torso. I nod my head as I wipe her lips with my thumb.

"Definitely." I whisper as I gently kiss her one more time and start walking again with our fingers laced. When I make it back to my room Natasha was sitting on my bed reading a book.

"Oh great the lovers are back..." She glances over, "and their holding hands...." Ash and I glance down to our hands and let go of each other. "How cute." She says rolling her eyes.

"Shut up Natasha." I whisper as I take Ashs wrist and push her on the couch lightly and walk into the bathroom. Doing this makes Ash have the lightest tint of blush while Natasha smirks.

When I walk out Natasha comes to join Ash and I on the couch. I lightly start wiping the blood off her face with rubbing alcohol on a rag.

"Okay so... did you actually kill anyone?" Natasha asks for the both of us.

"I'm being honest when I say I don't know. I just made sure they were all down and care running over here to make sure he didn't send anyone one to you ladies." Ash says while looking in my eyes.

"Mhm but why would he try killing his own daughter? Especially with Claire around." Natasha asks.

"I wasn't worried about him killing Avery J was more worried of him.... kidnapping you." Ash says with a small smile.

"Hypocrite." Natasha snorts.

"Hey only demons are allowed to kidnap." Ash joke with Natasha. I smile at the two sides of my heart joking with each other.

"What are you going to do about it?" I ask Ash in fear of what she is going to say.

"I told you give me the word and i'll kill anyone. You haven't given me the word. I'm going to lay the bodies in his room and he better cross his fingers they aren't dead." Ash stated with a stoic face.

I finish wiping off the blood to see one scratch on her face and two bruises. Oh I really don't want to see the other guys then. The scratch was pretty deep. It was above her left eyebrow. I cover the starch with paper stitch's.

"Okay Avery now kiss Ashs bruises." Natasha says with a smirk and I blush.

"W-why?" I ask looking down and taking Ashs hand to start getting the blood off of it.

"Because you and I both know you said someday you want to heal someone with a magic kiss and them fall head over heals for you!" She says clenching her hands together and looking up at the sky with a fake smile.

"We were seven." I answer and move on to clean Ashs other hand.

"And?" Both Ash and Natasha say at the same time. I look up at Ash in shock at her playful smirk.

"Okay you get out so I can change," I say letting go of Ashs hand and pushing her away from me. I then turn to Natasha, "And you should go onto the balcony to take in the pretty view... and leave me alone." I say fully pushing Natasha off the couch and she laughs walk walking to the balcony.

She turns to me making kissing noises. She is like 5 years old. I roll my eyes and see Ash smirking at me.

"So do I get a healing kiss or not?" She asks and I roll my eyes taking her wrist and walking her to the door.  I look behind me at Natasha out on my balcony looking at the village.

I get in the tips of my toes and kiss Ashs bruise lightly then push her out the door before she could say anything sarcastic.

All I can think about is what my father did and how he will pay for it.

I didn't bother to proof read, but enjoy!
