Third Person
Natasha paces the room that her and Avery are locked in. Avery is sitting on the floor with her back against the bed. She just stares at the wall across from her. It's like she is trying to burn a hole through it.
"Let us out! I want to talk to your leader!" Natasha bangs on the door while screaming at the guards on the other side. Within seconds Ash enters the room making Natasha back up at little. Ash has a very annoyed and angry expression.
"What do you want?" Ash does her best to keep her eyes on Natasha. It takes everything in her body to not focus on the girl by the bed.
"I want to talk to someone in charge so we can leave." Natasha crosses her arms
"I am in charge and you aren't leaving." Ash bites back and then turns to leave. Natasha grabs her arm and barely makes out the words, 'You're not in charge' before Ash grabs her wrist and squeezes hard on the pressure points. Natasha lets out a cry and Ash kicks out the back of her knees so that she falls down. When Natasha hits the ground, Ash drops her hand.
Avery looks up at Ash who was already looking at her. Avery slowly stands up and walks over to Ash who is standing completely still. Natasha is slowly getting up from the ground to watch the two in front of her.
"Ash, both of my parents are dead," Ash opens her mouth to speak but Avery holds up her finger in a calm manner then continues speaking, " Regardless of who did it, they are dead. That makes me the Queen. Which that means what you are doing here, keeping me captive, is illegal. You are not in charge... I am."
"Ave..." Ash tries but is cut off by a glare from the shorter girl.
"Don't call me that. No... I don't know you anymore... I am not close to you anymore... we are nothing anymore... I am a Queen and you are nothing but a murderer, now let me out before I say something that will start a war, because I am this close to." Avery starts walking towards Ash who is backing up into the wall.
Ash has her back against the wall and Avery stands a foot away from her, "You might be the Queen... but you are on my side. I am in charge, your majesty." Ash emphasizes 'your majesty' while rolling her eyes. She then turns and leaves out the room.
Natasha runs to the door and tries to open it but its already locked. The girl tugging at the door cusses under her breath. Avery shakes her head and tries to hold back tears.
On the other side of the door, Ash is holding back all of her emotions. The tall girl wonders aimlessly through the corridors until she is stopped by her friend, Liam. She tries to walk pass him but he grabs her arm.
"You and I need to talk." Liam begins and then he drags her into the library, which they were right next to, and out to the balcony, "Did you do it?"
Ash shakes her head, "I don't think so... I don't know... I hope not." Ash looks down at her feet with her eyes shut closed, "She will never forgive me... you should see the way she looks at me... the amount of walls that are up. She changed. I broke her."
"Ash... I trust you and believe you. You love her. You would never do this to her on purpose." Liam tries to comfort the other girl, "Ash I have been your brother for 15 years... I have known you longer than anyone else in this world... I hate to see you like this."
"Liam I never thought this would happen." Ash shakes her head.
"What would happen... you have to be specific, there is a lot going on right now." Liam tries to joke.
"I never thought I would fall in love with the, now, Queen of the other side. The side that has killed so many of the people I cared about... I never thought I would feel this way... and now its all broken and I don't know what to do..." Ash winces at the sharp pain in her back, "And my tattoo won't stop stinging."
