Chapter 20

Avery's POV

A body comes and wraps me in a hug. I smell the perfume of my bestfriend. Natasha.

"You little snot I thought you were dead!" She yells hugging me.

"Pardon me but get off of her." Ash says walking up to us. Natasha looks at ash then at me.

"You brought a demon home?" She asks and Ash clenches her perfect jaw.

"Technically I brought her home." Ash says stepping closer. Natasha looks up at Ash.

"Try me hot stuff." Natasha says smirking. She has always been a flirt to everyone. She learns it gets under people's skins. Ash hold her hands out and was about to grab Natashas throat but I step in between them and she stops.

"Ash this is my bestfriend Natasha. Natasha this is Ash." I say and Ash stares at Natasha. Natasha just wraps her arm around my shoulder. "Okay so I know you guys got off on rough terms but I was hoping to introduce you guys and have my two favorite people be nice to each other." I say looking at Ash then at Natasha.

"Get your arm off her." Ash says.

"What are you jealous?" Natasha asks holding me closer. I roll my eyes.

"No I just don't trust you." Ash says.

"Yet." I add and Ash looks at me. I give her a smile and she calms down.

"Okay so being nice to each other means no death threats and no flirting." I say pointing at Ash then at Natasha.

"Ya ms. Tall green eyed hunk of demon. No flirting." Natasha says pointing her finger at Ash. Before ash could grab Natasha finger I pull her arm down.

"I don't like fingers in my face." Ash says and I get out of Natashas arm.

"When I came in I saw you guys in the bed. Did I ruin a good moment?" Natasha asks walking around the room and laying on my bed. Ash sticks next to me.

"No." Ash and I say at the same time.

"Mhm." She says. "Ms Accent, how long are you staying?"

Ash looks at me and I give her arm a light squeeze as I walk over to my dresser and grab a hair brush.

"As long as it takes." Is all she said. Ash walks over to me. "I'm going to kill her." She whispers and I turn and point my finger at ash.

"No. That's the opposite of what I want you to do." I say and she sighs.

"You still have some of the sugar on your nose." She says with a smirk and I playfully smack her arm.

"Why didn't you tell me?!" I say wiping my nose and she laughs.

"Awe you guys are cute." Natasha says leaning on the wall.

"Yup I'm going to kill her." Ash says turning around. I grab her hand. She keeps walking.

"No no nononono! We aren't killing my bestfriend!" I say and she stops and groans.

"You will be the death of me." Ash says. Her watch rings and Ash answers it. A hologram of Zac pops up. "What?" Ash asks annoyed.

"Hello to you too." Zac says sarcastically. "Hades wants you back in our rooms for dinner so we can discuss you making Francis fall on his face."

"Wait you what?!" Natasha asks laughing and walking into the camera.

"Who is that?" Zac asks with a raised eyebrow.

"A annoy fly that can speak." Ash says pushing Natasha lightly out of the camera. Natasha gasps at Ash and frowns.
