This can't be happening. This can't be happening. Oh god. Oh god.

I can't be a lead role! I've never even been any  role! I wanted to be Stage Crew to avoid  this!

To cap it off, Roman has to teach me how to dance... slow dance. It's going to be so humiliating.. Ughh.

I laid in my bed, staring at my ceiling. It was currently three in the morning, and I knew I'd be pulling an all-nighter. Especially since my thoughts were going too fast to handle. I rolled over in my bed, groaning.

I pulled my laptop from under my pillow and signed into Tumblr, trying to find some sort of way to get my mind off everything. It worked a little bit, and I ended up listening to MCR until the sun came out and I started getting ready.

My eyes felt droopy, but not enough to sleep, and I gained a pulsing headache from sleep deprivation.

Caffeine will fix it.

...

A/N: This timeskip goes straight to Saturday.

I hummed slightly as I walked beside Logan on the sidewalk. We were both unenthusiastic about this gathering, but didn't have the heart to back out. On the other hand, Roman and Patton were bouncing with excitement, talking about everything they'd do once we got to the fair.

We would be meeting Emile there, and he'd have his boyfriend and his boyfriend's best friend with him.

So we were interrupting their hangout.

Great.

We made it to the front of the fairgrounds, and paid for tickets to get in. It was one of those fairs where you paid for a bracelet, and then you could get on any ride you wanted, except you had to pay for food.

I had enough money, but I planned not to use a lot, as I was saving for a new phone after mine broke.

All four of us entered and the two bubbly boys dragged us around. Patton had shot a quick text to Emile saying we were there. They had agreed that they'd meet up in about twenty minutes.

So we decided on going on one ride.

The ride we chose was a drop tower, and I kindly declined, as I hated drop-towers. You had no control and could easily plummet to your death. It was odd though, because any other ride I enjoyed wholeheartedly.

Logan had tried to decline also, but Patton wouldn't take no for an answer and I was left watching the bags and the duo's glasses.

They got off the ride afterwards, Logan's hair a mess, and the other two laughing at his annoyance. Even I had to admit it was pretty funny.

"Let's go again!"  Roman shouted beside me, making me grumble.

Patton smiled but pulled out his phone while we walked. "Maybe after we find Emile and his gang."

So we waited at the meet up spot.

We were sat at a table beside an ice cream stand, and Roman was now rambling to me about theatre topics I didn't fully understand, assuming that since I'm a lead, I know everything.

I just put my hood up and my head against the table, blocking my face from sight. Roman had moved to talking to Patton after a bit and I heard them greet Emile.

I kept my head down, hoping that if his friends thought I was dead, they wouldn't judge me. Roman plopped onto the bench beside me, and I faintly heard the others conversing, including... Wait. Why do those voices sound familiar?
