The Homeless Santa Chapter Thirty-Five: The Many Options To Consider.

"So the trial date is supposed to be in the next week or so." Desire's voice was heard, as the visualization soon changed to that of one of the inn bedroom's it seemed, as Kit, Nicole, Desire and Janine all came into view- with Desire seen standing in front of all the other ladies, while some of them were seen scattered around the room, with Nicole sighing a bit as she added.

"So Rosetta's still going through with it?..even after giving her a few days to think about it, she's still going to go through with pressing charges against Richard for what he did?" And with this Desire nodded with a bit of a sigh, as she added.

"...So what do you think we do now?..."

"Does Nicholas or Richard know about this yet?" Kit asked as Desire shook her head adding.

"The only reason that Rosetta told me was to be polite she said that I was typically very nice to her, the brief time we talked, so she figured I should know... " And with this Kit, Nicole, and Janine all appeared concerned- as Janine shook her head adding.

"....You know there are alternate options we can consider." And with this everyone looked over at her, as Desire appeared shocked shaking her head and adding.

"Wait, you're not seriously suggesting?"

"Why not?..it worked with Nicholas why couldn't it work with Richard?"

"So, wait you're actually saying you want Richard to flee the state, to run away and start his life somewhere new?" Kit asked, with Janine shaking her head and adding.

"None of us want this for him, not even Nicholas...but Rosetta seems hellbent on it, and HE DID commit what she is accusing him of, if he's not faced with jail time he could be hit with a thousands of dollars worth of a loan, and if that happens well he may not be able to pay it and we're right back to where we were once again because he can't pay the fine, he ends up being sent to jail ANYWAY...so what's the next best option?.."

".....Yeah, but ...I mean this is crazy...Richard can't just pick up his whole life and flee the country, or the state just to avoid this.." Nicole stated.

"Why not? Nicholas did." Janine stated.

"Yeah but Nicholas didn't have the best of lives doing that, he ran away from his family, from his friends he became HOMELESS..wound up having to live outside of the laws, he had a LIMP for the longest time because he was too fearful to go see a DOCTOR...I mean come on Janine this would mean Richard would have to totally live off the grid." Nicole stated, as Janine nodded; while Kit soon added.
