"..YOU did all of this because you were jealous he got the girl you liked back when you were in school? YOU DID ALL OF THIS because you didn't want them to be together?" Rosetta asked looking towards Richard shaking her head with some anger and annoyance it seemed, as she began to pace back and forth adding.

"DO YOU REALIZE how stupid that is?...HOW...HOW CHILDISH HOW SELFISH?"

"...." Richard was silent lowering his head.

"I LOST MY SISTER because you couldn't let go of a crush you had?... I GREW UP WITH HER, I ...SHE was my best friend since I can remember we did everything together; we were so close to each other, and ... s-she told me all of her dreams, all of her goals in her life; even when she got married to Nicholas she had ME be the maid of honor at her wedding; Y-YOU TOOK AWAY ONE OF MY FAMILY all because of the fact NICHOLAS LOVED HER AND SHE LOVED HIM?" Rosetta barked tearfully, as Richard shook his head adding.

"I was abused as a kid-"

"WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING?" Rosetta asked angrily, as Richard shook his head adding.

"I DIDN'T ...I wasn't right in the head alright?... I...I hardly was able to get any kind of love, the ...the love I got was only from Nicholas and Nicole and they were...you know, it was more like siblings than anything...I ...I did want t-to build a family you know?..t-to have a wife, c-children..and when I ran across N-Noami ...she was ...she was one of the only people who said they loved me ...a-and ...after we broke up, it just ...it tore me in half...I was just.."

"...." Nicholas, Desire, Janine and Kit, etc were all silent; as Richard soon added.

"..Point is, I ...I couldn't let go of her ..because she was the first pe-person that I ....a-and I just didn't handle it right...I ...I know that's no excu-excuse for what I did, f-for what happened...but you gotta believe me I never intended for Noami or her son to get hurt, I never intended for any of this to happen to them the o-only thing that I intended was for.."

"For what? TO RUIN your best friend's life?" Rosetta asked crossing her arms angrily, as Richard appeared concerned shaking his head as he added.

"....I WASN'T thinking straight Rosetta okay?... I was just ... y-you know, I don't know was worried about everything ...wanted to have Noami all to myself and I just ...I couldn't think of what that would do to my best friend who's like my brother, a-and what that could do to their son.."

"Point is, he never meant for any of this to happen; so if that were the case do you think you can drop the charges you have against ...er, well technically Nicholas? because it wasn't intended for that? IT WASN'T intended to harm anyone even though you and your family thought so.." Kit stated as Rosetta lowered her head some tears starting to form in her eyes as she added.
