Desire sat on her couch for a few moments, before she shook her head and told herself she would look up Nicholas Masters on the internet hoping to find some sort of way to help her along in finding his family- standing up and heading into her bedroom, she opened up a dresser and a laptop came into view, as she grabbed a hold of it and sat down on her bed opening it up and typing in her password to gain access to it, she sighed a bit at the length it was taking for the laptop to boot up.
Truthfully it was a very old laptop, she had gotten as a sort of hand-me-down from Janine; while she was grateful to have it, she sort of wished it would run faster, and she would be able to get Vincent a computer of his own, but she tried not to dwell to much on it- as her laptop finally finished booting up, and with this she clicked on the search engine before she typed in Nicholas Masters, and began to look throughout the various suggestions that popped up.
She could see some other people on different social media websites that had the same name as Nicholas, but she shrugged it off and continued to search around- before she took notice into one of the suggestions being a news report, causing her to tilt her head with some confusion as she moved her mouse over towards it, while she soon added.
"...What's this?..a news report?" And with this, she clicked on it, as words began appearing on the screen while she read it out loud.
"Woman and child die in a car accident, driver and husband Nicholas Masters walks away without scratch- police reports say he was driving while under the influence, which more then likely caused the car crash, sister of the driver also states that Nicholas Masters did struggle wit-" But before she could finish she soon overheard the sound of her cellphone ringing, causing her to reach into her pocket as she answered it.
"Hello?"
"Hey yeah, Desire?...it's Janine, I may have some help for you in locating the other Santa Claus's." Janine's voice was heard on the other side of the phone, while Desire continued to stare at the report before she soon added.
"Did you know our guy was in a car accident that killed I guess his wife and child?"
"WHAT?..really?!" Janine's voice was heard with shock, as Desire shook her head and soon added.
"Yeah, the police report also states that Nicholas was driving under the influence, and I guess his sister made a statement that he did have drug abuse problems in the past, so she's not at all that shocked that this happened... but the report does go onto say that Nicholas and his sister aren't on the best of terms, so she could be lying as a sort of way to get him into trouble- I guess he was....OH MY-"
"What?! what is it?!" Janine asked.
"...The report also states that Nicholas was charged with the murder of his sister's boyfriend of at least four years, but the judge found him not guilty in the end..."
