Kit was silent a moment staring towards Cindy, but the look on her face told the whole story; there was something clearly bothering her, something about her expression Cindy knew she had hit right on, that Kit had dealt with drugs before in her life; but the only question on Cindy's mind was if it was KIT herself or someone in Kit's family, all while Kit lowered her head and shook it- she told herself in order to get further in the conversation with Cindy in order to help Nicholas and the others she had to open up; she had to do something- feeling her heart starting to pound a bit faster, with a sigh closing her eyes, as she crossed her arms; her mind searching for the right words to even begin the conversation, a million things must have popped into her head; anything to make what she was about to say a little less painful for her she told herself she hadn't said it to anyone nobody, before finally she spoke out the only words coming out of her mouth.

"..Yeah...I have."

"....You?...you've taken something before?" Cindy asked, Kit could feel her emotions starting to well up again- this time anger was burning in her eyes, she couldn't believe someone would accuse her or such a thing, but she told herself that Cindy didn't know her story- Cindy didn't know that she never did anything with drugs, it wasn't wrong of her to accuse Kit of doing something, while Kit closed her eyes, shaking her head as she added.

"Me?..no.... my family ....my father....he made a homeless shelter for people because of his experiences in his life, younger years he lived on the streets as you can imagine living on the streets often leads to bad behavior... but that was way before I was even born, but my mom?" And with this, Cindy appeared concerned, shaking her head.

"...What about her?" With Kit shaking her head and keeping it low- as she took in another deep breath of air, Cindy could tell she was struggling to tell the story; as she cleared her throat, before adding.

"....My dad died while he was working on this homeless shelter place, but during the periods of time he had off ...he spent it dealing with me and my brother and my sister...he was the ideal father, he did have his faults, but he tried his best at what he could for all of us ...he even wanted to be there for my mom.........." Kit explained, lowering her head as she sighed a bit, closing her eyes; Cindy could tell she was fighting back some tears, while she added.

"I'm...I'm sorry Kit.."

"......" Kit was silent a moment, she seemed to be reflecting back to her family and her history, with Cindy tilting her head; adding.

"Kit?" And with this, Kit closed her eyes once again before taking in another deep breath of air adding.

".......My mom would disappear for days on end after I was born when she would be home, she would ...."

"She would what?" Cindy asked as Kit shook her head adding.
