The Homeless Santa Chapter Thirteen: Christmas Invitation

Soon enough the visualization showed that of the shelter, with Desire coming into view sweeping up on the grounds while the time was dark- meanwhile Kit came into view a bit of a distance away seen picking up some chairs, the day at the shelter had gone out pretty well, and while Kit was happy about that- it had been a few more days and she noticed Desire hadn't mentioned getting a hold of Richard, making her wonder if Desire had been unable too?

"...So...I take it no word from Richard?" Kit asked, folding up the chair she was holding, while Desire shook her head with a bit of a sigh as she added.

"I tried, a lot of different area's ..different social media websites...anywhere I can think of to try and get a hold of him online, but I think he ..either he's Amish or just ..using a different name when it comes to doing anything on social media...and I mean..why wouldn't he?..if he's guilty of all this, it could be a sign of guilt that he's changed pretty much everything about himself online.."

"..And you wouldn't have any clues as to what name or what profile picture he could be using ...great, JUST great..." Kit muttered with a bit of a sigh, while Desire shook her head keeping her head low a bit- while she closed her eyes, as she added.

"You know what? I'm tired of this ...Christmas is in three days...I'm planning on spending it with Vincent trying to be as HAPPY as I can be ...and I'd like ..."

"..What?" Kit asked looking over at her, with Desire shaking her head as she added.

"I'd like for you to come..."

"C-Come?..you mean to your house for Christmas?" Kit asked as Desire nodded soon adding.

"I mean ...if you don't have any other plans if you're ...free i-is what I mean.."

"I don't ...believe it or not I don't have many friends so yeah, I'll be happy to come to your house for Christmas I think that would be very nice." Kit stated with a smile, as Desire smiled back- before she soon added.

"And before you go asking, I already talked to Nicholas and he said he would be busy that day...so I guess he's not coming.."

"Wonder what he'd be doing that day?" Kit questioned with some confusion before she soon added.

"...He's the homeless Santa, he gives out gifts to people but that's BEFORE Christmas time when it's Christmas- everyone's inside with their families, dealing with people, you know friends and family ..things like that...so he wouldn't have any reason to go out being the homeless Santa like he has been all this month..."
