The Homeless Santa Chapter Thirty-Seven: Justice.

"...So ...he's ..he's really..." Nicholas's voice was heard, as the visualization soon changed to that of Janine, Nicholas, Kit, Desire and Nicole all seen gathered around inside of a bedroom; while Nicholas was visible sitting down on a chair, almost to the point of tears; the look on his face was utter devastation and it broke the hearts of Desire, Nicole and Kit especially who couldn't bear to see him in such the way he was in.

"....A-Ahem...g-gone?" Nicholas asked wiping some of the tears out of his eyes, while Desire shook her head before adding.

"....We checked, a lot ...he didn't say anything to anyone ..so yeah, we think he ran..." And with this, Nicholas shook his head; taking in a deep breath of air, before putting his hands over his eyes and lowering his head- as Desire appeared concerned approaching and bending down to see him more eye to eye (Nicholas sitting down on a chair) as she soon added.

"Nicholas...I'm ...I'm really sorry for all of this ...I know that you have already been throughout so much ...that you were trying to do the right thing, and I'm so grateful for that...but right now, Richard ...he left...he disappeared..and we've got a woman who wants someone to pay for what happened to her sister...I mean, I don't know what you want to do ...do you want to talk to her? do you want to head back home?" And with this, Nicholas shook his head; slowly removing his hands from his eyes, as he added.

"...No ..."

"No, what?" Kit asked as Nicholas shook his head adding.

"L-Last time I chickened out, I was so scared about what was going to happen I just ran for it ..and I lived, ALL of my life worried about being found, worried about being sent to prison, I couldn't be a normal person because of that fact alone; I felt like I was such a horrible person for many years because I just left it all behind, because I couldn't tell the fact I had been drugged and that got Noami killed, well you know what? IT WASN'T my fault, it wasn't my doing- if I KNEW if I WAS AWARE of being drugged I would have stopped the car; if I HAD any faith in the authorities finding someone else, I WOULDN'T have ran..I'M tired of always picking the easiest option here, I want to talk to her...to Rosetta about everything...I already did, but maybe I can make her see what is going on, maybe this time I can get through to her.."

"...Do you want us to come with you?" Desire asked as Nicholas shook his head adding."...This time let's all try." And with this, the visualization soon began to fade to black for a few moments.

"...So, this is where Noami was buried huh?" Desire's voice was heard, as the visualization soon changed to that of Desire, Kit, Janine, Nicole, and Nicholas all seen standing around the gravestone that read R.I.P Noami, while Janine gave Desire a bit of a look shaking her head and adding.
