(Doctor Who 10th Doctor opening titles)

The Whoniverse. The empty void of nothingness in the emptiness of space. Nothing much to observe. Until... ZVOOM! Some small little grey orb with purple lines circled around this object we barely glimpse at what this thing exactly was. We then see it in the distance flying off, before we're alongside it blasting through space. The energy orb then booms a brightening white energy field in front of it. As the orb boosts further, it flies into the field, vanishing away before the energy field shuts itself up. It was as though it was never really there. We turn downwards onto a planet somewhere in the known universe – planet Viyrian.

Below on the planet, it's the same planet as we see at the very start of Army Of Ghosts (2006). The same striking planet with strange rocks and hills on the surface with flying stingrays dancing in the sky in the far distance as they squawk like birds. On the chilly planet, Rose stands at in an open pit admiring the beautiful scenery as she watches by herself calmly with her cold hands in her pockets. The Tenth Doctor exits from his TARDIS, standing directly next to Rose.

Rose:

What was it?

Doctor:

Ah, nothing much. Some strange, erm, thing passing through. Seemed kind of resembling something. Well, the TARDIS certainly knew what it was. Just a couple of guys you ought to keep away from. Well, as long as you keep out of their way. So yeah.

He goes to join with Rose.

Rose:

It's beautiful here.

Doctor:

Yep. I can't actually remember the last time I came here. Must have been even before the war. Still. You ok?

Rose:

Yeah. It's just... It's you. I'm still not quite over it. The regeneration.

Doctor:

Nah! I'm fine. New, new Doctor.

Rose:

(Laughing) Yeah.

Doctor:

Still. It all takes a bit of getting used to. People like ooh you're not the Doctor, and I'm like, well I am. Time Lord, two hearts, TARDIS, one and only.

Rose smiles at him.

I mean. Only my travels sometimes I might come back to places if I like them. You Rose?

Rose:

Yeah. Love it. Flying stingrays though.

Doctor:

Yeah. Flying stingrays. Tell me about it.

Rose:

Yeah. I remember I used to watch this show on BBC 2 when I was a kid with the same name. And this guy named Troy Tempest - he was so fit.

Doctor:

Oh. I know Stingray. Met Gerry and Sylvia Anderson, they complimented me on the scarf. Could have had a character with one like it. Well talk about a spectrum I suppose.

Rose:

And I always thought Captain Scarlet was so damn sexy. He-was-hot!
