Chapter 21 - The Snap

End of Chapter 20 -

Everyone arrives to where Natasha and Okoye stand, looking at the non-existent footprints. Steve squats down, showing off America's ass, and picks up some soil. He examines it briefly, then drops it and rubs his hand on his suit. "Where could he have gone? Everyone, think of possible locations he could have gone to."

"Brother! Come quick! It's Thanos, he's here for Vision!" Shuri pops up on the Kimoyo beads, pleading for T'Challa's appearance in the labs.

"We'll be right there." T'Challa turns to everyone, "he's with Shuri, Wanda and Vision. We need to go. Now! I repeat, everyone to the laboratories." He says into the comms already running over, with Okoye following.

"Let's see what the 'space-terrorist' wants with Shuri." Bucky says to Sam, who nervously laughs and flies off.

Everyone runs to the laboratory, and T'Challa bursts through the doors. "Shuri?!" He panics. T'Challa looks down, and sees Shuri unconscious at her workbench. Her head is bleeding and she has a black eye.

"Wait guys, where are Vision and Wanda? They're supposed to be here." Nat says.

Thor and Carol burst through the broken window of the lab, and land in front of the group. You appear through one of your portals and stand at Carol's side. "Where are they?" Carol asks.

"We don't know. What if Thanos has them both? With the mind stone, he can control Wanda and we'd all be dead in a second." Steve says, also panicking now.

"We need to find them. Wanda? Do you read me?" Rhodey shouts into the comms. "Wanda?"

"Help..." She breathes out, just loud enough for everyone to hear.

"We need to go. Now. Where are you?" Bucky says, more calm than everyone else in the group.

"There's a load of trees..." Wanda whispers, before blacking out.

"There's trackers in all of the comms, we'll find her." Nat says.

You look at Carol and nod. She flies back out of the window, with Thor following. You create another portal and urge everyone to step through. You follow Bucky, who is the last to go through the portal.

You step out into the forest of Wakanda. Trees and bushes surround you, and the remaining wildlife scamper away from the group. You look around your surroundings and wander over to where Carol stands. "Carol, where are they?" You ask, looking up at her.

"No clue, Y/N. We need to split up again, cover more ground to find them. They could be anywhere in this forest. Y/N, with me. Everyone else, pair up. We need to find them before Thanos does."

"Too late." A voice calls out from behind you. It's Vision. He doesn't look too good. He's pale and has a hole in the middle of his forehead. That must be where the mind stone was! "Thanos has Wanda under his control. Save her." Vision falls to the floor, unconscious.

"Vision!" Steve shouts, running over to him. "He's dead, and the mind stone is missing. We need to find Thanos and Wanda now!"

Just Outside of the Forest

"You bastard! How could you use Vision? Anyone but Vision!" Wanda shouts, summoning a red ball in her hands. She throws it at Thanos, who easily deflects it and causes it to return to her. Wanda ducks, and the ball hits a boulder.
