Today was one of those bad days. The days were emotions that you can't comprehend crush you. Yet you feel nothing. I was paralysed. Confined to the chamber and torture room that was my mind. Every time I tried to step or move in my chamber the walls caved in a little more. I felt claustrophobic in my own space. I could hear the sounds of the children playing from my window, yet today the sound didn't call out for me. Instead it irked me. I could not lie. I was scared.
I thought I had defeated the demons that came to oppress my happiness as I fought for autonomy yet like Satan fighting to destroy man and be their downfall, a serpent had made its way into my chamber. I tore my eyes from the ceiling turning my head to the wall as a tear slipped from my eye caressing my face and gliding like a swan on a lake down my temple.
Depression was difficult. Some may argue I'm not depressed and so do I yet the doctor says I am. I can have good days, weeks and months. Yet all it takes is for him to invade my dream.
To stand in my face and tell me how much he loved me as he sinks to the floor in front of me, hands extended begging for mercy. He tells me how much he loved me yet I did this to him and the look in his eyes as I have no control dragging the blade across his delicate sandy skin tears me to pieces. Like a robot I hand him the pills and vodka watching the fall into his bloodied hands. I thrash around locked in a metal cage in my skull banging and begging for release.
It's my punishment. For the things I said. For what I did. For who I was. For what I was to him. I did this to him and for that crime I must do it thousands of times over.

"Where are you going" Lucy's voice bellowed from the kitchen as she walked to the door. She gathered herself clearing her voice before replying. "Out." Luciano had thought nothing of it, oblivious to the depressive state she had fallen into. Geoffrey stood watching her leave the house shaking his head at Luciano and his naivety.
She walked down the street as rain battered her back like an ape asserting dominance. To her the sound was calming but to others it appeared to signify impending doom.
Luciano sat warmly in the kitchen with the kids as he told them stories. He had become more involved in his children's lives Loai included. She had rubbed of on him and he was trying to change.
Yet it seemed that the energy channeled into Luciano drained Emiola of the happiness she once had. Yet at that point in time she did not have death on her mind for she had three angels and maybe Luciano at home who she cared for.
But remember Satan shows no mercy. Wether it be he takes the form of a serpent or the devil. and so when Emi knew her emotions had spikes as she released a sob as she walked down the street. Her tears melting into the rain yet they sat separated like oil on water she gasped for she had that feeling.
People around her gasped as her body tensed and her head collided with the ground with a deafening crack as she convulsed on the floor like a fish out of water.
Like usual Emi's senses altered as images became blurred and all she could feel was fear. She heard panic, she heard beeping and she prayed those around would help and not cower away from her.
At the same time Lucianos phone let out a shrill alarm and Luciano ran to it wiping the cookie dough of his hands onto his apron smiling as the children laughed with him. His face dropped and confusion filled his mind at the sight of the Mrs care app blaring on his phone.
Emi. Epilepsy. Alone. Dark. He shouted for Geoffrey telling him to keep an eye on the kids as he burst out the door, phone and tracker in hand as he ran. 3 minutes was his estimated time but he could make it two.
Don't touch. 3 minutes 911. Don't let her hit her head
That last scattered thought made him run faster through the pouring rain. As he ran Emi still convulsed on the floor no one nearing her as they stood far on the phone calling an ambulance. Her head wound needed pressure and no one was daring enough to do so. She felt betrayed in her confusion that not even one person could step forward to help her.
Luciano broke through the group of people seeing her as he ran forth removing his jumper as he progressed. "How long has she been like this." Luciano shouted as her body still convulsed near him. "2 minu-" was all he heard before turning to her muttering calm and sweet nothings to her begging and pleading her to relax. Telling her her angels were waiting for her.
He used the time to take in her features brows furrowing at the signs of misery on her face. How hadn't he noticed and in that moment she stopped and her dazed eyes opened confused.
Confusion was good he thought to himself hope fluttering through his chest. Her hand reached for her head and as she withdrew it crimson stained fingers appeared. His heart stopped as a calm came across her face and he quickly pushed the jumper to her wound. " sir we need you to move" was being shouted at him but he couldn't hear them. "Am I dying" she let out a light laugh."tell my angels I love them... oh and maybe I looovve you tooo" her voice slurred as a smile took over her face.
At that moment a man pulled Luciano back as he remained in a state of shock as personnel gathered around her. "Will she-" Luciano stuttered out to a paramedic who laughed at his question. "It was only a small wound, a concussion and a few stitches at most" he light heartedly said patting Luciano's shoulder.
Luciano relieved a sigh of breath. Why did it scare him so much. He felt an unexplainable anger of which he could not find the source. He stared at his blood stained hands bewildered.
Today she was far from death. Satan didn't want her and God didn't want an angel to come home yet, it was a mere warning to those around her to watch and save her before the black whole of sadness swallowed her whole and even her angels wouldn't be able to save her.
