He quickly leads me through the village towards the southern wall and passed homes in a blur. We follow twists and turns, going through people as we near closer and closer to our destination.

We began to slow down as we arrived and the world begins to slow down until he brings us to a halt.  Before us many of the beings who I had seen previously were standing before, all facing the two who stood on a platform-like structure. The two figures were once more Mrs. Parker and Henry and they both held the look of indifference etched onto their faces.

With a hand on the small of my back, the being beside me walked me through the bodies of the pass creatures we would walk through them as if they were smoke and the would phase back once more behind us as their unreadable eyes looked towards the stoic figures before them. Once we became closer, Henry began to speak towards the crowd.

"Thank you all for coming at such short notice, however, I would not call upon this meeting if it weren't for the dangers which lurk before us."

The crowd did not stir, like the night before with such news, they only continue to stare at the two leaders before them.

Mrs. Parker continued, "Hidden in the trees are the snakes of Ivan's, his so-called Nobel Guards prepared to destroy this village and the people inside."

Mrs. Parker took a deep breath before continuing. "Although there are many of the humans within the village that have attempted to capture Ame or Kill Colt I do as you keep a close watch on the people and keep them safe through this. We will watch them from the shadows until it is absolutely necessary to intervene directly."

Henry was about to add more to Mrs. Parker's statement but stopped in mid-motion. he then began to look around him at things we, the audience, could not see. The beginning around me did not flatter as they watch Henry watch hidden figures cautiously.

"There are more of them than we anticipated and they are preparing to strike."

Henry closed his eyes and took a few breaths, "We must summon Xelius, Ame is now in danger."

Mrs. Parker looked towards the crowd of people before nodding her head. "It would be wise."

Henry opened his eyes, and the once brown irises now washed in black. He held out his hand and before it, a golden laced parchment and quill, made from a crow's feather, were before him. Henry began chanting something and every word he said the quill feverishly wrote onto the parchment. Henry began chanting faster and faster and the quill sped up keeping in sync with every word he said. Finally, Henry stopped and so did the quill. It hung over the page, dripping with the black inky substance I have seen so many times before. The substance seemingly came fore the quill itself, pooling and dripping off of it, yet before it reaches the ground it dissipated into the air in a wisp of ashes.

Henry let out a long, chilling breath causing the air around him to freeze. Everyone stood still, even Mrs. Parker who continued to look out in the sea of blank faces. Then when Henry finally spoke, his voice was uncanny, dipping a few octaves lower than how he normally spoke.

It vibrated with power...

"Dot... The Page..."

And the power obeyed...

The ink-like substance, dripping from the quill arched around the parchment and seemingly morphed into shadow-like hands. Stretching, it feverishly grabbed hold to the parchment and with full forced ripped the golden threads apart echoing each jagged tore until the world once more grew silence in its aftermath.

The inky hands released the two separate pieces dnd before they can completely flutter to the ground ashes swallowed the two pieces and the hand themselves dropped and became a pool of ash. The ash began to rise a reform itself like pieces of a puzzle until it created the figure of a man. he was broad and lean as he wore a chest piece made from black leather and flamed licked pants that dripped with ash and black substance. His hair was long as it reached his mid-back and his arms were place patiently at his back. He turned and looked towards the sea of beings before he turned and face Henry who looked about ready to collapse.
