Nathalie's POV

Kevin invited me to a date, ayaw ko pa sana pero he was persistent. He invited me into their house again and he prepared a candlelight dinner sa garden nila.

"Did you like it?" he asked while I was looking around.

I nodded and smiled at him. I appreciate it so much, grabe 'yong effot na ginawa niya para sa akin. He said that he was the one who prepared all of this.

"That's good, and that necklace suits you." at itinuro niya ang kwintas na suot ko.

Yeah, I am still wearing the necklace he gave me. "Thank you."

"Let's eat! Here let me serve you." agad ko naman siyang pinigilan. "It's okay, Kevin. Ako na kaya ko na 'to."

He shake his head. "No, I will serve you, Lily." malumanay na saad niya.

Nasasaktan ako sa ginagawa niya ngayon kasi kahit anong pilit ko ay hindi ko siya kayang mahalin.

Bakit kasi hindi nalang si Kevin ang minahal ko? At bakit si Jared pa? Siguro kung si Kevin ang minahal ko... siguro hindi ako masasaktan ng ganito.

"Here... I want you to finish your food, alright?" he said after he served my plate with food.

I laughed. "No, I can't finish that, Kevin. That's a lot."

"Kailangan mo 'yang maubos, para tumangkad ka naman." biro niya.

Kaya tinignan ko naman ito ng masama. "You're mean!"

He laughed. "Am I?" and he continued. "Well, ikaw lang naman ang pinaka magandang pandak para sa akin." and he winked at me.

Why does he have to be like this? He's just making me guilty. "Tama na nga 'yan. Let's eat na."

"Kinikilig ka lang ata eh.''

Tinuro ko naman ang sarili ko. "Me? Hindi kaya!"

"Yeah... yeah. You don't have to be that defensive." he likes to tease me.

"Stop, Kevin. Kumain na lang tayo. Okay?" at hindi ko na rin maiwasang mapangiti. Sana siya nalang ang minahal ko.

"Alright." sabi niya habang tumatawa.

Tinititigan ko lang si Kevin ngayon habang kumakain.

Habang tumatagal ay hindi na ako naiinis sa presence niya. At dahil doon ay mas nakikilala ko siya ng lubusan. And realized that he wasn't that bad, that he's just like the other teenagers out there.

Pero kailangan ko siyang bitawan dahil ayaw ko na masaktan lang siya lalo sa akin.

"Kevin, can I ask you a question?" I asked while he is eating.

He put down the spoon and fork and gave me his full attention. "Sure, Lily. What is it?"

"B-bakit ako? Bakit ako ang mahal mo?" I just want to know because there is a lot of pretty girls out there pero ako itong minahal niya.

A quick smile flashed into his lips. "What kind of question is that, Lily?"

"Just answer them, Kevin."

"Alright. I love you because I love you." sagot niya.

My forehead knotted. "What?"

"I fell in love the moment I laid my eyes on you, and believe me. You were the most beautiful person I've seen that time."

I felt my cheeks burning. "You're lying! You bullied me the first time we met!" I said.

Hindi ko 'yon makakalimutan. Inapi-api ba naman ako. "You just amused that time, that's why."
