I closed my eyes, letting out a shaky breath as I clenched my fist. It only caused more pain, which caused me to clench my jaw more.
"Please." Javi whispered, planting a kiss on my cheek. I quickly pushed him away.
"Stop." I crossed my arms, but Javi refused.
"Just think about it-"
"I said stop!" I shouted. Everyone got quiet as I looked down at my shoes in sadness.
I don't know what to do anymore. I didn't want to lose my hand, but I didn't want to lose my life.
"I don't know." I whispered to myself. Javi cupped my face in his hands, bringing it up face him. I wanted to pull away, but I couldn't. I was shocked as I saw a tear shed and roll down his cheek.
"Don't do this, Y/n." Clementine said, walking closer to the car.
Should I just do it? Even a kid wants me to do it.
Well, a kid tougher than me, at least.
I took one last look at my infected hand.
"Okay. I'll do it."

We found an alley way close to the car where it seemed clear. Clementine found a barrel I could prop my hand on as they... Cut it off.
Gabe stood away from the scene, daring not to look. I sighed as Javi crossed his arms, looking down at me. He crouched to my level.
"I'll be right here." He assured, trying to make me feel better. "Just hold my hand." He sat beside me as I placed my hand in his. I squeezed as hard as I could as I waited nervously.
How the hell am I going to do this?
"Gabe. The knife." Clementine held out her hand to Gabe as he took out my knife, unsure.
"Just... Don't kill her!" He said. Clem nodded, inspecting the knife and walking back to us. I started to regret my decision as my stomach sunk into a nervous pit. I turned to face Javi.
"I can't do this." I stated frantically. His eyes were soft with sorry, but he didn't say anything.
Clem grabbed my hand, propping it up more on the barrel."Okay. I'm sorry for doing this, by the way." She muttered as I felt her ready the knife. I shut my eyes in fear, holding onto Javi's hand.
"One,
Two,
...
Three."

I knew that I fainted, and I knew that I attract some walkers. At least a few. I'm not a loud screamer.
I was stuck, unconscious. Voices muffled. I guess I was coming to?
My hand is gone. That's all I know.
I'm so disappointed in myself...
I should've stood up to David. He wouldn't have died, and I wouldn't have gotten bitten. But I guess it's too late for that.
My vision cleared, and a pounding, firey pain came from my hand.
I clenched my jaw in pain, once again. Jesus, what have I done?
I came to, seeing Javi looking at me. He was lightly shaking me, saying my name. I was in too much pain to move, though. Even though it was only my hand, I felt like I was hit in the head with a bat.
I quickly looked over to see my hand amputated, lying in a bloody mess. I swear I almost screamed, but Javi placed a hand over my mouth.
"Walkers!" Javi whispered, looking down the alley way. "We need to go. Gabe, come on." I saw Gabe run after Clem, and out of the alley way.
Javi quickly grabbed my other hand and hoisted me up, wrapping my arm around his neck and carrying me out of the scene. My vision started to get blurred again.
I felt tired.
I tried not to fall asleep, but I couldn't help it.
I felt...
Great. Even though my hand was cut off and I was probably dying from losing blood, I felt... At peace.
I could feel my breathing slow down, my heart pounding slower too.
Before I slipped into a sleep, I hugged up closer to Javi.
Then I was out.
