Dear Diary,
I have been putting off writing this for quite some time. I just haven't been myself and I'm really struggling to be a normal human being.
Last week Brianna asked out Janelle.
She said yes.
So they're dating now.
Apparently. Whatever thay means. Their first date is tomorrow and I'm sure I'm going to hear ALLLLL about it from Janelle.
She's been keeping me updated this whole time and it's so annoying. Friday night she called me and said "Ciara you will not believe the news!"
I had already assumed what it was. I asked her what and she made me "guess" which was again, very annoying. I pretended I didn't know and threw some fake guesses out there until finally she exclaimed, "I have a girlfriend finally!"
She sounded excited at first but it didn't seem to last. Halfway through the phone call I started crying. Hearing her talk about how great Brianna is made me so upset. I tried to hide my crying but I think she caught on. She didn't ask me what was wrong or anything.
This whole week she has been asking me thing about their date. What should she wear? How should she act? What if Brianna tried to kiss her?
I just have to make it through a few more months of school and when summer comes I won't have to talk to Janelle ever again.
