(f/n) stood in the kitchen whisking some eggs up as she hummed today was a test for her to see how she did under pressure and critique. she was baking a few different things on top of that presentation is everything as well for her. Claudia walked downstairs chuckling as he seen his fiancé covered in flour.
"and what have you made so far?" he asked
"Flan is in oven, butterscotch budino with salted caramel is settling in the fridge, I have a Kiwi lemon cake with raspberry sauce on the counter. I finished the dark chocolate tiramisu its in the fridge and the yogurt sticks is in the freezer. finally once everything is settled I have the lamb chops in the other oven which will be sided with cheesy potatoes and ceaser salad" she said
"its just like you to be over the top" he said as he kissed her cheek "do you want me to taste test anything?" he asked
"if you touch anything I will bite you nothing is to be touched until its being tasted by your employees." she said Claudia chuckled she was so sweet and yet can be so intimidating
"and when you start getting big money for your amazingly good foods we can save and have a family one day." he said However (f/n) paused looking up at him "I would like to wait a few years actually" she said
"but why?" he asked
"because I don't want to be a mom" she said those words crushed him if anyone knew Claudia it was one thing he wanted and that was kids not just one he wanted kids especially a daughter.
"you don't want to be a mom?" he asked
"that stuff scares me and  I just I am not ready for a child I am still young and I am just building a career I wont have time." she said
"but I can help I know what I am doing I can take time off of work and help" he said
"no Claudia I don't want a kid its too much right now were not married yet you have to worry about your business I am starting mine maybe in a few years and that's a maybe." she said
"how does a woman not want kids I mea seriously you guys have motherly instinct!" Claudia shouted
"well I guess I am different cause I don't have it!" she shouted her hands shaking as she looked at the food. "my mother was a whore like me she never could give me love i always desired and my father was a client of hers. I am scared I wont have that connection to the baby like my mom did with me she would abandon me starve me and she even tried to smother me. she didn't love me and I didn't love her real love is scary cause one you lose that" she started to cry "there is no point in life when all you feel is numb."
