Previously, on Odal's book of Hermitcraft Oneshots...

And then there was the sound of a rocket, the thud of a landing. There was a buzz of surprise, footsteps, and a grunt of effort. There was a stabbing pain in Stress' left arm. There were the crashes of two people hitting a tree, and a leaf landed on Stress' face. Slowly, Stress opened her eyes.

And now, the conclusion!

Doc was pinning X to the tree, while the Bee-witched admin buzzed faintly in protest. Stress ignored the pain in her arm for the time being, and pulled herself off of the ground. She smiled at Doc, signalling that she was coping, at least for now.

She took a lead and tied X's hands together so he couldn't attack either of them. Doc partially released X, and then sighed.

"What happened?" He asked, a hint of morbid curiosity dancing in his voice.

"I forgot bee mechanics, and he sided with the bees." Stress explained as if it were the simplest thing in the world.

X buzzed loudly in that moment, stomping his sharp-treaded boot on Doc's bare foot, shoving him off. He made a break for his sword, but Stress grabbed his wrist, holding him back. As the bee struggled, it caused Stress to have an idea. But she was too occupied to carry it out herself, obviously.

"Hey Doc." She asked, "Can you get me a flower from my storage?"

Understanding what she was getting at, Doc limped over to the chests by the tree and rummaged through, pulling out a lily of the valley. He decided not to ask when she'd found the time to get one of those. Holding it as if it were a stack of diamond blocks, he brought it upstairs to Stress and Xisuma.

When he got back, he noticed that Stress had X in a headlock. Choosing to not ask, he gave Stress the flower in her free hand. She immediately let go of X.

"What are you doing!?" Doc yelled, shocked. She glared daggers at him, putting a finger to her lips to shush him. Silence was, apparently, key here.

She softly approached X, holding the flower in front of her. Distracted by the flower, his hostile attitude went away. He reached for it like a desperate child, and Stress gave it to him. As soon as the flower was in his hands, he sat down cross-legged on the ground, fascinated by it.

"Okay. You got him to de-aggro." Doc nodded to Stress, "But what now?"

"Hopefully, we just wait." Stress replied, shrugging.

Time Ski! Like a skip but without the p! That rhymes!

X slowly but surely came to his senses. The first thing he remembered properly, instead of just vague fragments that would probably haunt his nightmares for the next few weeks, was staring at a flower, fascinated. He was very confused as to why he did this.

The next thing he remembered was seeing Doc bandaging Stress' bleeding left arm while she dug through a first aid kit for an ice pack.

"Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzwhat juzzzzzzz happzzzzzzzzzzened?" He managed to force out in between his buzzing.

Stress and Doc looked up at this, and the third thing that X remembered was them explaining it to him. He shook his head, refusing to believe he'd acted like that. Over the next hour, his bee instincts faded away. He apologized profusely to Stress and Doc, which they accepted.

And so the next morning he found himself nearly alone on the server, he kept away from bees.

And it's done!
This arc isn't tied to any timeline in particular, btw. It just appears in a few of them.
