student : hwang hyunjin
signed by : lee felixas the schools' resident heartthrob entered the room, felix could barely suppress his distaste, his face instinctively scrunching up slightly once he saw the lanky and fair skinned boy before him fall gracefully into his seat.
unlike the rest of the school, he wasn't that big of a fan of hwang hyunjin - he was too popular, too well known and in general, he was just too much for felix to handle.
he was constantly surrounded by a flock of mindless followers and felix hated the fact that yang jeongin had become one of them.
but despite his own personal qualms, he bit back his comments and stared at the boy.
"how may i help you today?"
"i have to be entirely honest here right?"
felix wanted to roll his eyes so badly but instead, he nodded.
"that would be preferred."
hyunjin looked at the ground and felix realised that he was rubbing his palms against each other.
"i-i'm scared of losing jeongin."
well, that's unexpected.
felix continued staring at hyunjin who seemed to have lost all his confidence from before, reverting back to an almost childlike state as he continued pressing against his palm.
"i don't know why i'm so scared to lose him but i know i will eventually since at times, i prioritise others over him and i-"
"just talk to him. i think you're overthinking all of this."
hyunjin finally looked up and felix could see a world of sadness staring back at him.
felix sighed, placing the clipboard down onto the table as he rested his arms on his legs.
"jeongin, for whatever reason, loves you. all you need to do is be there when he needs you. i don't think he would want you to put your friends over him because that would be overly possessive and jeongin doesn't seem to be that way. so stop overthinking. "
hyunjin bit his lip, averting felixs' gaze again as he slowly nodded.
"have you...?"
"have i what?"
"have you ever loved someone before?"
felix leaned back on the sofa and stared at the ceiling, an action that hyunjin didn't catch since he was too preoccupied examining the floor.
"no, i've never loved anyone before."
utter bullshit.
