"Hi," I said smiling up at him. Perhaps if I was cute he wouldn't be as mad.

"What the hell are you doing?" He asked glaring behind me, I looked back and saw Sebastian leaning against the doorframe, he had a smirk on his lips.

"I was just talking." I said. "Come on, let's go home."'

"About what?"

"Is that any of your business?" I asked then immediately regretted it. He had every right to ask me that, especially after how I acted with the carson situation. "We were talking about how to get the kids on waysides good side."

"You told me you were going to bring Small tooth with you," he said taking my hand, we walked around the building and to the parking lot. "Did he touch you?"

"Of course not, baby."

"Did he say anything to you?"

"Of course," I said. "We have a whole conversation." He rolled his beautiful brown eyes and I sighed, I pulled him to a halt and cupped his face in my hands. "Nothing happened, Brenton. If anything were to have happened you would already know about it."

He leaned down and pressed his lips against mine, I smiled and nodded towards the car. "Let's go home."

Vivian's pov

"Ashton?" I stepped closer and then took a step back. I was choking on my breathing, I hardly even knew my tears were falling until he pushed himself up and wiped my cheeks with his thumb.

"Hi baby," he cooed. I heard the curtain close and released a sob. He pulled me to him and hugged me tightly to his chest, I pressed my face into the crook of him neck and wrapped my fingers in his T-shirt. "It's okay, Vivian."

"I though - I thought you were going to die." I cried pulling back. I wiped my eyes with the heels of my hands, happy I wasn't wearing makeup.

"Vivian," he said softly and cupped my face in his hands, he pulled my lips to his. He was relentless, wrapping his fingers in my hair, pressing my body to his. I gripped tightly on his shirt and tried getting closer to him. "I heard you," he said softly against my lips. "I'm not ready to leave you, baby."

I didn't say anything, I only kissed him again. "Were gonna get married, Vivian, okay?" He asked looking me in my eyes. "You're gonna be my pretty bride, nothing's going to change."

"I really hoped you didn't hear me," I said chuckling. He grabbed my waist and picked me up, pulling me into the bed. I sat in front of him. "I really wanted to be strong for you ashy, I just . . . God it felt like I lost a part of myself."

"I know, vivi."

"When can we go home?" I asked starring into his green eyes, it felt like I was already home. "I decorated the walls, by the way."

"Vivi," he groaned and rested his forehead against mine. "Why?"

"I got board." He chuckled and kissed my lips softly.

"Of course you did."

"I'm sorry," I said. "For everything that happened."

"What're you apologizing for?" He asked sitting back some so that he could watch me.

"I just think that maybe if I would have let you leave the house sooner you would have been able to get there before Tony. Then none of this would have happened."

"Don't say that," he said. "You cant put any blame on yourself. I'm the one who jumped in front of him, you didn't push me."

"Why'd you do it?" I asked. He looked at me and cocked his head.
