"Why's the mall so crowded" I ask Tony as he holds onto Rose. "I don't know but it's weird" he responded. We decided to first get breakfast then go buy Natalie some toys. Natalie ate all her food and impatiently waited for us to drink our coffee so that we can go shopping for her toys.

"Mommy can i go look at the toys pwease pwease pwetty pwease" she keeps on repeating herself until I agreed, the toystore was just across the restaurant "Yes my Rose but si S'il vous plaît be safe" she comes to me and kissed me on the cheek "I will" and she ran off.

*While Natalie was running to the toy store she bumped into a man she fell on her bum "Hey! You watch where u going. I'm twying to walk here" he turns around and starts laughing at the girl "I'm in a rush little girl move along" she punches his leg "Who you calling little, I'm turning 5 in a month"  he looked at the little girls eyes "What's your name?" he asks she tells him to get down on his knees and she whispers in his ear "Mommy said I must not tell strangers" he stands up. "She's right, I'm Nick Scott see? Now I'm not a stranger anymore" she looks at him crossing her arms "I guess u wight old man, my name is Natalie Wose Smith" He stares at the girl with shocked eyes but it couldn't be "And who's your father Natalie " she takes his hand and leads him to the toy store" Mommy says he don't want us so he not here" he nods his head. I see and who is your mother "Ohh my mommy is A...".. "Natalie there you are" Tony walks up to her "Oh hey Uncle Tony" he freezes when he sees who she's talking to "What are you doing here?" Tony hisses  "I'm sorry, do I know you?" Nick asks thinking about where he might have met this man "Natalie mommy's waiting" Tony grabs her and she looks at the man "I never got your mother's name" he tells the little girl but Tony sprinted away with her "It's Ava" Natalie screams and Nick stood there shocked her surname is Smith and her mothers name is Ava that means. She wouldn't!

Nick's POV

This can't be true! Maybe I misheard her. She had Ava's hair and her smile, my eyes. Fuck her name is Natalie Rose probably short for Rosaline. "Matt look up the actress Ava Rosaline Smith and get me the car I'm going home" he nods "but sir your interview with your fans." he tells me "Cancel it and I want that information now!" I arrived at my hotel. I really hoped I was wrong she would've had the decency to tell me that I was a father. Maybe it's not even my daughter I mean Ava's doctor said that the chances are low of her getting pregnant. " Ava Rosaline Smith 5 years ago she stopped acting, rumors had it she was pregnant with her assistants baby Tony Bernard she had a baby girl. Name Natalie Rose Smith " my emotions were on overdrive how could she, she robbed me of my daughter's childhood. " Do you perhaps know where she lives "

Ava's Pov

" I promise you Ava it was him I saw him he was talking to Natalie. " I was panicking I grabbed my daughter. " My Rose you need to tell me everything you and that man discussed " she looked at me confused. " Who? Mommy " I sigh frustrated. " The stranger Natalie what did I tell you about talking to strangers " she puts her finger on my mouth " But mommy he no stwanger he name is Nick Scott" my heart was beating rapidly fast when there was a bang on the door.
"Where is she" I hear him it's been so many years but I recognised his voice. "Natalie go into the room and lock it okay. " I walk towards the front door where Tony stood "What do you want Mr Scott" his eyes were red shocked "Mr Scott? Is that what you called me when you moaned out my name 5 years ago, WHERE IS SHE" Tony kept his cool but I was freaking out "Mr Scott I ask that you leave our home we don't know who you're talking about" he marches into the apartment "Drop the act Tony I know you're not married to her and I also know that she isn't your daughter" I walk towards him. She isn't yours either" he looks at me "is that what you decided? You are so fucking selfish did you know that, I regret the day I met you infact I curse the day your mother gave birth you" before I knew it my hand made contact with his cheek "Get out!" I yell. "Not without my daughter" he marched to the hallway and saw the closed door he lightly knocked "Hey princess, it's daddy open the door" I walk towards him and step in front of him. "Please don't do this she's all that I have left, I didn't want to ruin your life by telling you I was pregnant your career was at its best, please" I get on my knees in front of him begging him to not take away my daughter. "Mommy why you on the gwound, is this daddy?" she asks I couldn't face her but I looked at him with pleading eyes "Let's go for ice cream sweatheart" she screamed in excitement "Ice cweam mommy let's go" he picks her up and stops by the door "I'll be waiting for her with Ava's clothes downstairs" I stand up walking towards him "You won't get custody over her in court and you know it." He stops in his tracks "And why is that? " he turns around. I hate what I'm about to do but I had no other choice "I'll tell the judge that you are mentally unstable, you lived alone since you were 16 and your parents emotionally abused you. I didn't want to put my daughter in that environment" he's eyes became darker. " My driver will come pick you up at 7, Ava and your clothes should be packed by then. "Where are you going with her" I ask "To get ice cream" he says and got in his car.
