Lazy Sunday

Draco woke up to find Hermione next to him for the first time, he slithered out of bed and went to the kitchen, he opened the fridge and got out the eggs. He made 4 eggs, he got out 2 plates and separated the eggs, he brought both plates with 2 forks back into his bedroom, he walked in to see Hermione on the bay window reading her book on the Imperious curse. She had her back up against the window and her knees were curled up to her chest, Draco sat down on the remaining space and sat the eggs down in front of her. She set down her book and dove into her eggs, she ate them all pretty fast and when she saw Draco was done she took his plate and went into the kitchen, as she was cleaning an owl came in and placed 2 letters and newspaper on the counter. She took the letters and saw they were from the Ministry, one to her and one to Draco. "Draco!" Hermione yelled. "Yes, my love?" Draco said emerging from the bedroom. She thrust the letter at him and they both opened theirs. 

Dear Ms. Granger

We are very excited for you to be spearheading our new department for House Elves, as you know you will be given cases of suspected abuse/neglect, and if the situation demands it, send a team to investigate, we trust that you will be a good addition to our team, you will be introduced to them tomorrow, hope this all turns out well.

I trust you are aware that we are in dire need of Aurors, we have talked to many people that see you as a trusted person and we are going to have you start Aurors training immediately, welcome to the team, you will meet your team tomorrow, and will start training with them, you will make a fine addition to our team.

Draco started to tear up, "Did you talk to Shacklebolt?" he asked her. Hermione nodded her head and Draco ran to her and pulled her up by her waist, he set her down and pecked her face over 100 times. Hermione grabbed the paper and went to her balcony and sat on the egg chair, she saw the front page and her heart stopped.

                                                                Weasley and Krum Incident Explained!

As you know Ronald Weasley and Viktor Krum were under the Imperious Curse and were forced to attack 2 Hogwarts students, well we have found the perpetrator, we have found evidence that Bellatrix Lestrange had a daughter with an unknown man, we have reason to believe that daughter cast the curse, her name is Andromeda Lestrange. If you see her anywhere please contact the Aurors department.

"What my love?" Draco said as he peaked his head out the door. She showed him the paper and he read the headline, he grabbed the paper from her hand, sat down on the ground and read it, "Yeah she did have a daughter I can confirm that she never liked me and her mother hated you so it makes sense," Draco said. Hermione started breathing very heavily and staring at the ground, Draco got up and crouched in front of her so she was looking at him, not the ground, "Hey it's okay, you are a badass and we can take her," Draco said. Hermione chuckled and Draco pulled her into a hug. "Okay, let's go somewhere let's go have brunch somewhere," Draco said as he stood up and presented his hand. Hermione grabbed his hand and Draco pulled her up, he picked her up bridal style and took her to their bedroom, they both got changed, Hermione into a red sweater, black jeans, and her uggs boots, she put her hair up into a tight and neat bun on top of her head. Draco wore a green shirt and black leather jacket, he had black long pants on and his hair styled like he had been doing since sixth year, he also wore a pair of black and green converse. "Okay, I also need one more favor," Draco asked before they headed out the door, "Can you teach me how to drive?" Hermione laughed and grabbed his hand when they got into the parking garage, Hermione got into the passenger's seat and Draco, reluctantly, got in the drivers.
