Fourteen

"Sora, sweetie!" My mom called out while I was writing in my diary about yesterday.

"Yes, mom?" I replied back but did not budge to get up and check. I was too busy at the moment.

"Sora!" She called out again, making me grow anxious whether to go or not. After a few seconds, I decided to go to her but she came in my room instead.

"Didn't you hear me calling out to you?" She asked, wiping her hand in her apron and looking down at my diary which was flat open on my desk.

"What's that you're writing?" She tilted her head at my diary. "Nothing." I replied and continued writing. She squinted her eyes and started reading my diary out loud. "Dear diary, today I had a lot of fun with my crush.. Jungkook?" My mom questioned and I immediately shut my diary.

Oh my gosh! She wasn't supposed to know that!

"Aww, is my Sora crushing on someone? Hmmmm?" My mom teased and I whined. "Stop it, mom!"

"And it's Jungkook! Hmm, he's not too bad, I'd say he's good looking and very handsome. Oh, polite as well!" She started listing off things which were good about him and I could feel myself get jealous. 

"Don't talk about Jungkook! Only I can do that." I crossed my arms across my chest and pouted. 

Mom laughed and squished my cheeks. "Gosh, you're too cute." She was about to leave but stopped. "Also, make sure you start packing, we haven't got much time, okay?" She informed and left the room.

I immediately got sad after being reminded that we'll be leaving. I couldn't help myself and started crying.

"I can't leave Jungkook. I like him.. I'll miss him a lot." I whispered while sniffling.
