Both hinata and ryu were eating their dinner quietly, ryu didn't miss the chance to look at her whenever she wasn't looking. She was eating slowly and chew slow too, Ryu wondered was she shy or that was her nature? He wish it was the first one, he couldn't help but to feel proud about his thoughts, hinata wasn't comfortable by the fact that Naruto was there, she felt like someone was watching her from behind , Ryu had noticed her looking behind her more than once
" ?hinata-sensei, is there anything bothering you"
She was embarrassed that her student had noticed but she denied by shaking her head and he nodded dropping whatever thought he had about that , hinata left her hair a little to drink from her soup she wasn't aware of the young guy's bounding heart across from her it was a whole scene to him the way she fixed her hair the way she sipped from her soup and the way she closed her eyes and enjoyed it he was watching her with his amber eyes as she looked up at him he expected a smile so why were her eyes wide
"Ryu-kun!"
Ryu eyes turned to where she was pointing to the burned meat Ryu got up fast causing everything in the table fell
"HINATA-SENSEI!!"
Before anything fell on her someone had grabbed her and pulled her away from the table
"Hinata, are you ok?"
Konoha's hero, the future hokage came to save the day Ryu forgot anything on the table his eyes were focused on the arm's which held the hyuga, his sensei.
Hinata pushed herself away from Naruto and walked away from both males bowing her head
Sasuke looked to the scene as the hyuga walked towards him his eyes never left her he wanted her to look up to him to see what kind of stare he was wearing but he never received it.. only the cold breezed as she walked passed him, Naruto looked back to sasuke
"sasuke can you go with her I will stay longer"
Sasuke didn't answer but he knew his dinner with the uzumaki was to its end so the least he would do was walking together he walked out and waited for Naruto he didn't want to escort the hyuga to her place he didn't care much for her but there she was she never left she was standing outside waiting for her partner to come out too.
and he just stared at the hyuga's back as she waited for her student to come out (is she dating her student?) that thought flew inside his head.
He wondered but that question left as soon as it came to his head and he just stared the lights of the front door of the restaurant was reflecting on her hair and swayed like a waves with the air he thought that her hair was black then he thought that it was dark blue and now he could see both the colors reflecting on her hair, her scarf flew away from her neck and she chased it to get it back but someone else did she bowed without looking at that person's eyes and walked back to her spot, Sasuke smirked how dumb she could be? If she looked up a little she wouldn't bump into everyone and she would looked less pathetic, finally Sasuke drifted his eyes to the person who came out of the door it was the hyuga's student he ran to her and she bowed to him was she apologizing? To her student!
How strange.. Sasuke watched then his brows raised when that boy left his hand up and a smirk was showing on the uchiha's face
now why would that boy do that??

Ryu rushed to his sensei who was standing outside the restaurant
"hinata-senesei, what are you doing here?"
Hinata bowed her head for her student
"gomen Ryu-ken for ruining the dinner and for leaving like that"
Ryu looked at her head bowed he couldn't hold back his hand so he reached for her hair and touched it feeling it against his fingers like a cold breeze with a beautiful smile and those eyes so bright like the moon's reflection on a river those eyes... those eyes were staring wide at him!
Ryu realized what he did he moved his hand fast
"go..gomen"
Hinata stared at her student still confused then she touched her hair was it smelly?
She didn't have the chance to ask her student about his action because he left running away from her, hinata looked to his back as it faded with the crowd of people.
Her hand left her hair and she looked at it then smell it, it didn't smell her eyes looked up and those white eyes met a dark one she stared at that smirk longer, questions appeared inside her head (what is behind that smirk? Is he really happy or he is covering something behind it?) she never asked nor was she so interested on the answer hinata wrapped her scarf around her face and began her journey on walking home while looking down.

Naruto came out of the restaurant with smile that was reflecting his disappointment inside him Sasuke watched the Uzumaki walked hiding his hands inside his pockets and walked towards him
"What's it?"
Sasuke asked Naruto who looked as if he just awake from a bad dream
"huh, ahh it's nothing...i just.. realized my mistakes"
Sasuke raised his brows at that since when Naruto Uzumaki does mistakes? Even his mistakes were acceptable sasuke smirked how would the council react when they realized that he was in a relationship with the traitor?
Sasuke shrugged his shoulders and walked passed Naruto and brushed his hands with Naruto's he smirked when the blonde gasped looking around like a crazy as if the world was watching them, sasuke looked back with a smirk
"let's go"
And Naruto followed him not knowing where the uchiha was heading.

hinata's eyes wasn't close she was afraid to close them and see the same dream again, she wasn't ready for that kind of dreams.
She thought it was real her feet were touching the ground, and she felt the warm breeze around her hands her hair was flying all around her, her world was as her real world before the war, before their victory and before his death.

But how would she be able to do that? How did ino did it? How did shikamaru did it? How did choji did it? How did lee and tenten did it? She felt like his team had betrayed him for forgetting about him like that... but even her father did so.
Her door knocked and this time she heard it but her lips were too heavy to answer she looked at the door and waited for it to open by his own and it did an old lady one of their many servants came in with a bow

Hinata felt the same fear like she was 6 years old, but that fear gave her the power to get up.

She thought she prepared herself for all this but she wasn't ready yet to slide one door but the servant behind her did and she was faced with an empty room only her father was in there standing with his straight face, hinata sighed her relived it was only her father what made her so scared like that?
Hinata bowed her head and stepped inside her father nodded for everyone to leave the room, and they did leaving hinata sitting in front of her father alone.
Her father looked down at her with his grey intimidating eyes

She was too afraid to look up, she heard a sigh coming out from her father
"as you can see you aren't fitting for the position that was supposed to be yours and you were given enough time to prove yourself but you didn't, you weren't enough and you will never be"
She could hear the disappointment in his voice when he said the last part, and she wish she could take out her heart from the pain.
"so as your father and the leader of the hyuga clan I have discussed this issue with the elders and we have come up to this decision"
She was shivering, her body was shivering and those tears didn't show up hinata was in fear ,in pain and she hated herself now more than she ever did.
"we will offer your hand in marriage and give the title to hanabi"
Her shivering stopped, and her eyes were wide shook and fear raised inside her ,she looked up to her father she was waiting for him to smile and say this was a joke she was waiting for something impossible but she needed a miracle hinata didn't see her prayers for the god coming true she asked for power and only that, can't she live with them and hide in the shadows.
Of course No she is the daughter of the hyuga's clan leader, hiashi looked down at her
"can't you do this for the sake of our clan?"
Hinata almost threw up what else could she do everything inside her flipped upside down,why was she born in here, why was she born? But it's for the sake of the clan.

Shikamaru stood there while kakashi read the letter that was sent from the hyuga's leader he had read it before kakashi did and informed kakashi about what was written inside in fewer words than all the formality inside that scroll but kakashi asked to read it himself and maybe this was his third time reading it like it was the 1st time finally kakashi dropped the scroll on the table and sighed rubbing his eyes
"guess tsunade-sama wasn't wrong whenever she cursed the hyuga's clan leader"
Shikamaru raised his brow at kakashi but he didn't blame him they wanted to get rid of her
'they're your responsibility now, try not to fail us again'
She must be wearing that look again, looking down to her feet hiding behind her bangs as if she became invisible
"shikamaru hiashi and hinata will be here after noon could you please bring her after training with her team I want her to be here before her father do"
Shikamaru nodded his and turned leaving the office thinking of what he might say to the hyuga, he might need an advice from ino about that.

Ino walked with her friend sakura out of the hospital since she was on a break and sakura finished and was heading to the hokage's office but on their way to there they met a familiar figure between the crowd
Sakura ran through the crowd of people when she spotted someone she knew

She saw him stopped his steps then continued and instead of hearing his response the other male did
"oh hey sakura-chan"
Sakura rolled her eyes at the blonde
"neh, Sasuke-kun where were you last night? I waited for you at the ramen shop"
Naruto looked at sasuke with then to sakura
"what do you mean you waited for him last night? Why?"
Sasuke stood there in silent looking forward, sakura glared at Naruto sending him a signal she hoped he would understand, Naruto understood what she meant he never said anything just avoid looking to her eyes to the people in front of him

Ino came later after sakura she was holding her bag with her arm Naruto was the 1st to answer

She smiled at him "you're heading to the hokage's office?"
Naruto nodded his head "I have a mission and sasuke came along" sasuke looked at Naruto who seemed shook by what he said why? They were only walking together to their sensei's office and seeing Naruto stuttering sasuke enjoyed for a minute before he spoke himself

All four of them walked heading to the huge building in the end of the village Sasuke had noticed the glances Naruto sent at Sakura's hands wrapped around his arm, he was trying to pretend but looking at that gave him a mixture of feelings he didn't like and he was bad at pretending sasuke looked at the group around him he and Naruto were in the middle ino was on naruto's left and sakura on his right so it was safe as they entered the crowd sasuke's fingers sneaked to Naruto's and played with them a little before he held his palm, looking up to Naruto ,sasuke smirked when he saw the wide blue eyes staring forward at the road Naruto tried to pull his hand out of sasuke's but sasuke held it tighter smirking they were in the middle of the village in a crowded street and under people's eyes but who cares nobody will see them everyone were busy with their lives. Both hands let go of the other when Ino shouted
"SHkaaamaruu"
She was waving to the hokage's advisor through the crowd Naruto stepped closer to Ino and farther from sasuke he didn't realize that he was too close until she looked disgusted to him
"ah gomen Ino"
Shikamaru came closer to them all after he checked who was there ino step towards him and he smiled to her she was the closest person to him
"I was going to see you there what brought you out here?"
Shikamaru didn't even bother to greet the others "I came to see you"
They were all shocked but Ino didn't rise her hopes up she knew he had another reason
"what's it shika?"
Shikamaru looked uncomfortable to talk in between all these people's eyes he kicked a rock on the floor "have you seen hinata?"
At the mention of that name Naruto remembered the night before after she left the restaurant and looked down a 15 years old boy just gave him a lesson.
Ino looked to sakura and thought "it's been a while since I last seen her why?"
Shikamaru looked over their shoulders "I need to talk to you are you busy?" he said in a lower voice mention his question for only her
Ino nodded her head and excused herself from the group while sakura watched their backs "ehh what was that all about?" then she turned her eyes to both of her classmates "what about you guys have you seen her these days?"
Naruto nodded "i saw her last night she was at the akimichi's restaurant"
Sakura nodded her head and then she mentioned for them all to continue walking

Shikamaru stood in front of kakashi as kakashi complained "she isn't processing anything"
Shikamaru looked down to the papers in front of the hokage which held three pictures of the student that were left behind after their sensei died in the war and sighed they have already lost so many the village was at its worst now people are trying to rebuild their houses and shinobi were filling the hospital some died and some survived he wished that his father would come out form the hospital and play with him under the moonlight like their usual boring routine, it wasn't boring now at all it was his best wished that would never come true so why wasn't she working like the rest of them, she wasn't the only one who lost their closest person there were children who lost their families too and other who would come to this life without a father his thought drifted to kurnai she was a mother who would raise her son alone under these circumstances he was pissed she should be working like the other she was slowing the down he didn't care if she was crying somewhere now but they needed to rebuild themselves this village needed its shinobi and people and everyone other ways they were lose everything they have worked hard for she could cry , grieve and be sad all she wanted that's something personal he didn't care about but why did she agreed to be a sensei if she wasn't going to work this hard.
Shikamaru interrupted kakashi " I will handle this"
He took the paper and turned to leave without waiting for kakashi's response
Shikamaru walked until he met the hyuga in the academy
"hinata I need to talk to you" and she followed him to the roof, he was looking at the sunset ahead of him shikamaru tried to order his words and make them smooth but he was pissed so he turned with a frown "the hokage gave you this job to train this team who had been waiting for more than year now their sensei had died and we trusted you to train them but there was nothing you did I know you haven't moved on but try to understand that we're in a difficult situation now and we need someone to do progress you're a shinobi so if you're not capable of this then that means there is nothing you can do as a shinobi for you own village"
He stopped and looked at her she was facing the ground hiding herself behind her bangs and he was pissed her sensei spent years to train her to be a good shinobi and what was she doing now? Looking down she was supposed to promise him that she would never fail again shikamaru stepped closer to her then stopped with wide eyes she was shivering it wasn't cold but she was shivering he could see her lips chewed by her teeth and she never spoke a word
"they're your responsibility now, try not to fail us again"
And then he walked away leaving her in tears because crying was something personal

she smiled "don't worry shika hinata-chan is a good person just apologize and speak out your words she will understand"
Shikamaru looked to the sky and stood "right will do thanks Ino"
Ino stared up at him "where are you going?"
Shikamaru fixed himself "hinata and the hyuga's leader are going to be in the hokage's office this afternoon and I need to bring her before her father come"
He was to turn but ino stopped him "wait hinata is going in a mission?"
SHikamaru shook his head and sighed "that old man offered her hand in marriage to get rid of her, I need to go ino don't tell anyone yet"
He left without realizing the tears that was built inside the yamanka's bright blue eyes Ino was mad and sad she knew how much hinata struggle to keep up with the others she was the youngest among all of them and yet she worked as hard as them all so why? Why was she thrown to the side like a trash? Ino bite her lips, if Neji was here he wouldn't allow this he had spoken and fought for her so many times and protected her from an ugly fate but this was going too far... she remembered whenever her cheeks reddened when she see Naruto or spoke about him how would she react when she would be led to some stranger's hand and see Naruto among the people as a guest and not her husband?
Ino wipped her tears and walked to the hokage's building fast in hope to meet the hyuga

shikamaru sighed why did he waited all this time to say it to her this was as simple as ino said but she wasn't ino he thought if he said the same thing he will get a slap from his female teammate a huge pressure that's been tightened his chest was left when she said this three words he smirks then
"you know I need to take you to the hokage's office before your father come?"

He shrugged and mentioned for her to follow but she turned to the other direction he watched as ran to her team and bowed her head and followed him to the office

He didn't care but when the loud voice came from the end of the hallway he watched the yamanaka by the corner of his eyes running towards them
"sakura had hinata came?"
Sakura shook her head "why?"
Ino cursed and held her bag tighter
sasuke smirked "do you still have that filthy bag with you?" he was bored so teasing the yamanaka seemed fun to him
Ino turned to him "and do still have that trash inside your mouth? How are you going to rebuild your clan if you're like that I feel sorry for whoever you're going to marry alrerady"
Sasuke glared at her he snatched his arm from between sakura's and stepped closer to the blonde
"dare to—"

All of them looked to the new person who came that nara and ... sasuke looked behind him to the weird female standing back the hyuga.
Sasuke sighed and stepped back to his spot and rested his head back at the wall behind he hated this group epically the yamanaka.
Ino ran to hinata before shikamaru stepped between them he whispered to his teammate
"Ino I told to keep this a secret nobody should know that you knew"
Ino galred at him "but shik—"
He gripped her arm "I will handle this trust me"
Ino sighed and let go of his arm and let both of them walk past her inside the hokage's office.

The door knocked three times "come in"
Shikamaru walked in followed by hinata Naruto watched as she bowed her head and kept her head towards the floor

Naruo reaised his brows clearly Ryu didn't like him, Ryu continued "and when you do you have to take responsibility"
Naruto hadn't recovered from his shock yet he watched the younger male walked away then turn looking up and down at him
"I don't really know what she sees in you"
Then he left the uzumaki trying to recover from all the sudden attack

Naruto sighed remembering being on his face in front of pain and he couldn't move a finger and even the whole village and even his teammate didn't even step to help him they were desperate and yet hinata jumped from all the villagers that had judged him.. she wasn't the strongest and yet she jumped in and fought pain he looked down at her but she jumped in Naruto remembered what she told him that day

Naruto scratched his head and looked up there was the hyuga's leader hiashi hyuga walking followed by four of their guards he knew that that old man hate when there are guards around because he always said he was strong enough to fight anyone coming on his way.
Naruto stood to the side and bowed his head as they got closer but hiashi stood and looked at him "how have you been uzumaki?"
Naruto didn't know anything about formalities he wasn't raised at a huge mansion like hinata did but he was grateful for that since he had seen enough
Naruto grinned "I'm good "
Haishi nodded his head "may I speak to you later?"
Naruto got nervous the last time he was at their mansion he thought he would like to live there forever but things got worse he didn't want to see anything there anymore but what excuse did he had to refuse "sure"
Hiashi nodded his head "then you're invited tonight don't be late"
He didn't wait for any answers he walked passed him to where the hokage's office is

Sasuke walked through the village the clouds were gathering around the sun making its heat less and sasuke walked thinking of one thing his new goal.
He wanted his clan back, he wanted his family back he needed a family, a house and people around him because even if he was in the middle of the villagers who belonged to the same place as him he felt like an outsider, like a prisoner who was living under their mercy and he hated that, sasuke looked up to the sky daring to open his eyes against the sun's light he wanted to feel dizzy to get these thoughts out of his head sasuke kept walking looking up until he turned to one of the darkest hallway where nobody was there not even the lights of the sun was there sasuke closed his eyes and rested his head against the wall behind him he was replaying his life in front of him and all the hard work he had done then what did he find in all of these memories what did he built?...Nothing.
"Sasuke!"
Sasuke opened his eyes to the person who had joined him in this dark place
"Naruto"
Naruto stood in front of him looking at him with those bright blue eyes they were like an ocean in the darkness the only lights in there Sasuke smiled as Naruto looked at him with furrowed eyes
"worried?' sasuke asked and Naruto stared back he raised his hand to touch Sasuke's forehead but Sasuke caught it with his then he pulled him towards and Sasuke kissed him.
Naruto forgot about his worries that's been following him since he saw Sasuke's back through the crowd he forgot all that he was now between his arms what else did he need?

Naruto cursed hiashi on his way towards the hyuga's if he hadn't agreed to that damned dinner he might be with sasuke until midnight, he almost forgot
Naruto looked back (but at least sasuke's here) he smiled looking at the uchiha walking with a glare on his face "tell me why do we have to go?"
Naruto looked back "Because I want to be the hokage and I need to get used to these things"
Sasuke didn't like the answer "and why do I have to come?"

The gate of the hyuga's was showing with all the lights around it
Naruto smiled "ah there it's" Naruto was pulled back by his arms and he was facing Sasuke
The look on sasuke's face was serious one that told Naruto tonever joke about whatever was coming "how are going to be the hokage ? are we going to keep this a secret forever?"
Naruto hadn't thought about that he avoided it every night he laid on his bed in the middle of the night "wh..what's ..this?"

Naruto looked around scared that someone might see them "are you crazy we're near the hyugas!!"

They both stared to each other without a word until someone came

Sasuke watched as the two talked to each other, he figured that Naruto was getting along with all the hyugas but this one
Sasuke's eyes went farther to the person who was trying to avoid all of them and walk inside, this one wasn't getting along with Naruto for whatever reason she had Sasuke followed her and she didn't notice! Wasn't she a hyuga? But he continued walking after her inside the huge garden they had it was full of colorful flowers he noticied her looking everywhere but her way is that why she was pumping into everyone?
She slide the door open and let it open and took off her shoes Sasuke kept following her to wherever her steps took her, he watched her hair's color change with every lights that shined over it, sometimes it was blue and sometimes it was black and most of the times it was purple, so soft her hair was soft and shining with the lights Sasuke stopped when she did she looked to the door on her left and spoke quietly
"this is the place"
And then she turned and walked pass him, he smirked.
So she knew that he was following her and thought that he was lost? She didn't attack him or took the advantage and dreamt that he was in love with her she just led him here, sasuke looked back she was already gone.

Ryu walked with his best friend Ken after they walked their female teammate home, Ryu hesitated to tell this to ken but who else did he had to talk to
"ken, I need to ask you something"
Ken looked to him under his long bang and Ryu continued "last night I took someone to this dinner ok? And as we were in the middle of it I got dumb and ruin it and someone came to help he was a person who I thought was someone she liked but when he helped her she escaped do you think she really likes him?"
Ryu was so obvious to ken like a glass ken smirked "who knows maybe she don't have feelings for that person at all"
It didn't miss him the smile that was formed in Ryu's lips and he decided to ruin it
"is that person hinata-sensei?"
Ken asked and he was satisfied by the reaction he got from Ryu who stood behind with wide eyes "eh!.. why would you think that? Why would I like someone like her she is an old woman who wore stupid clothes—"
Ken nodded his head and smiled they kept walking until they were about to separate then ken called Ryu and Ryu turned
Ken looked serious "don't get your hope up I don't want you to get hurt"
And then he turned while Ryu didn't he was already hurt not because ken know who he was talking about because he knows that his chances to be with her is few he looked up to the moon
"hinata-sensei ,can't it be me?"

Naruto washed his hands after he left the bathroom, he smiled never did he think that uchiha sasuke and hiashi hyuga would get along together but he wasn't surprised that sasuke know how to speak to the huyga's leader so formally, sasuke came from an house like this and was raised in the same environment like this one he was happy that Hiashi wasn't holding anything against sasuke.
Naruto didn't want to go there yet he walked to where his favorite place in this huge mansion where, it was a small, beautiful garden in the middle of this wide, empty mansion there was a rumor that hiashi chose that place to bury his wife Naruto walked until he reached the place the only lights were coming from the moon in the sky but it was clear Naruto looked to the person sitting there... (hinata)
He walked quietly until he sat next to her she was aware of his presences but she didn't turn nor did she say anything, this was her only escape he had no right to make her uncomfortable here too and she won't run away because she had no place to go and he wasn't staying here forever so she pretended that he wasn't there and kept looking to the flowers that was covering the place
Naruto waited a minute to start "it's a beautiful night with the moonlight"
His eyes went down to her and he leaned a little "you still love the moon don't you?"
She didn't answer and he didn't mind he continued "hinata" she didn't turn "I'm sorry"
Finally, she turned with wide eyes, Naruto looked up to the sky "I never answered you back then when you told about your feelings but i love someone else"
Naruto pointed to the moon "hinata do you know how much you loved the moon and the sky whatever the weather was?" He looked back to her with a smile "someone will love in the same way"
Hinata almost laughed, if her lips weren't tired of moving of her voice wasn't sank inside her she would be laughing on her back but none of it happened she was too tired and too tired to keep all these emotions inside so they came out not as laugh not even a smile but as tears they came out brighten her eyes giving her eyes lights in the darkness she saw the disappointment and pity on Naruto's face
"I'm sorry hinata" he whispered his words in this empty place and she wanted to scream but her voice had almost disappeared, how dare he? How dare he think that he was the cause of all this around her, how dare he to think that his feelings for her would bring everything back? How stupid was she to show him that she loved him this much, she wanted to pull him back when he turned to leave who was he to mess everything around her and just leave but she was frozen in her place nothing was working in her body beside her tears and hinata threw her body back and laid looking up to the moon
'because if you hold back one day you're going to exploded'
Neji's word rang in her head as she cried quietly in her safe place

Sasuke walked along side Naruto as they left the hyugas, they were both silent both lost in their thoughts when suddenly Naruto looked over to sasuke
" sasuke" the uchiha looked over to his right
"after hours I will leave to the cloud"
Sasuke nodded his head confused why was he telling him that but Naruto continued
"it might take long"
Sasuke stopped and looked to Naruto "how long?
He hesitated to say but he had already said everything "two weeks or a month"
The look on Sasuke's face wasn't happy "why would it take that long?"
Naruto sighed "I need it to get the hokage's title"
Sasuke looked away he had no rights to stop him and he couldn't go out of the village either, he sighed and kept walking and soon Naruto caught to him but sasuke couldn't let it go this easy "why aren't you certain about the time?"
Naruto hided his hands on his pockets "it depends on how much time it will take to get everything done"
They both fell silent and kept walking until they were going to separate Sasuke caught Naruto and stepped closer to him
"work hard and try to come back soon"
