He felt tense as if someone had poured cold water on his back Sasuke was feeling uncomfortable as seated himself in the head of the table his wife was on his right and his...friend was on his left.
he focused his eyes on the center of this wooden table as Naruto kept talking, he didn't look to any of them.
Hinata was preparing the dinner on the table quietly Sasuke felt his head would explode at any moment now even when they were eating Naruto kept on his blabbering Sasuke closer his eyes he knew he had overdone it, the blonde wanted to act normal but Sasuke knew that he was nervous then why did he come? That question was left unanswered.
"Neh, Hinata-chan how's your training with your team" Sasuke looked at her he was afraid as if these pale eyes would read something in Naruto's eyes and find out their secret he grabbed his chopsticks tight.
Naruto watched like a hawk holding small offering small plate full of tomatoes to his teammate as she answered
"They're great" simple answer without any further details and the future hokage started filling his mouth
"Man I miss our training back in the hyuga's compound"
Sasuke shot his eyes up to her hands tight when she tensed, her hands stopped in front of her mouth and her eyes looked down she took a tiny bite from her plate and Sasuke knew that she lost her appetite, what was going on?
Her brows furrowed as Naruto continued speaking
Talking about the times where the uchiha was still in prison bringing that he had went there to cheer her up and let her out of her depression then he stopped looking as Sasuke's right hand reached for hers from behind the table Squeezing it ,reassuring but from what?
Naruto finally realized how stupid he was to come here act like nothing happened or tried to act normal
Her amazing food was tasteless inside his mouth
He didn't know what to do run out THEIR house or stay and act like nothing he was frozen chewing quietly on his food it felt like he was eating a rock never passed his throat he reached for the water and gulped it fast then showered the female in front of him his chest was tight he felt like he was dying and he couldn't breath Naruto clutched his throat and cuffed so many time
"Naruto-kun!"
The main reason of his suffering ran to the kitchen to bring more water and her husband leaned hitting his back while he muttered
"Idiot"
And before he say anything hinata came rushing her steps and offered him water and started wiping his the water
"Ahaha thanks hinata-ch-"
Before she reached his face the napkin was snatched from her hand by the dark haired male both her and Naruto looked at him confused and for some reason the uchiha wiped his whole face roughly.
Realizing that he made it worse Sasuke stopped looking with wide eyes at the Naruto.
He could see that he was confused too.
Sasuke threw the napkin before he pushback himself in his seat and continue eating his food.
He ignored The way Naruto jump from his seat and scratched his head sheepishly
"Ahaha wow Hinata you're cooking is still amazing i have to go"
Awkward, awkward, awkward!!
He walked fast out of the house, he wanted to disappear what kind of thoughts that attacked him before he came thinking that they might be friends and he could come whenever he wanted!
Apparently he couldn't, everything had change now
"Stupid, stupid!!"
He muttered under his breath as he walked away from the uchiha's fighting the thought of leaving the village again.

Hatake Kakashi stared at the glass to the village
He remembered the day he became the hokage, his friend gai stood beside him pointing at the huge village
'All this is your responsibility now'
He knew that Kakashi didn't want to title and he was afraid that the copy nin might slacking off.
He didn't turn when Shikamaru opened the door
"Hokage-sama"
He smiled no matter how many times he told Shikamaru to drop the sama he didn't so he let him call him whatever he wanted
"Sai is here and he have an update"
Kakashi turned looking to both males behind him
And both of them bowed their head Kakashi was too tired to tell them to stop that so he just walked to his chair it was already late, and the lights of konoha began to fade which means that what Sai had is important
"The council is planning to join these towns to konoha"
He hated their selfish ideas, this wasn't the first time they suggested to expand the village but the people refused they didn't want to be in the village they wanted to keep living their peaceful life away from these huge villages.
He found it make sense and sometimes kakashi thought of retiring and live in one of them.
Away from all these complications.
"But the people refused and they sure had showed it"
Shikamaru spoke lazily he was tired too from the council
And Kakashi agreed "can you blame them we'd destroyed some of their homes in the war"
Sai suggested even though he knows both males would disagree "then how about we combined them with us?"
The hokage shook his head rubbing his chin
"We're not ready for another war sai"
Sai had been an anbu for too long and he knows that the council will discuss this with elders of the clans without the hokage knowing anything ,secretly and they would force him to agree.
He had told Shikamaru the same thing that it would happen and the nara insisted on discussing it with the hokage
"I have been thinking that we should send medics to help them there and some of our shinobi to help rebuild their homes and little by little they would welcome the idea"
Shikamaru spoke even though he hated the idea of taking other's lands he thought that this might be better than another war.
And it was showing on the hokage's features that he hated the idea too.
"I will try to talk to the council Shikamaru tomorrow start implementing your plan"
The hokage ordered and his advisor bowed
"Hai"
Then he left leaving the head if anbu and the hokage alone
"Kakashi-sensei, the council would start going by their plans secretly and force to do the same"
The hokage sighed, he wasn't suited to be a hokage he knows that Sai's words were true and he doubted he could stop them.
Maybe just maybe if gai was the hokage he wouldn't give up so easily he would fight to the very end so this thing would never happen.

Sasuke woke up early that morning to see his wife in the kitchen ready to take off for her training with her team but she was making extra food to who?
He cleared his throat so she would know about his presence no word were spoken from him
"Good morning" Hinata muttered and gave him his breakfast Sasuke nodded and seated himself his eyes never left the the food on the lunch boxes
He wanted to ask
"Going anywhere?"
Hinata was surprised by his sudden question so she turned looking at the boxes he was staring at
"M..me and m..my team are going out today it's our day off"
It felt weird talking to him like that, he felt the same how long had they been married?
Almost a year now and still they couldn't speak normally to each other.
Sasuke watched her bowed to him with her head and walk out of the house.
He had been thinking of making it up for her for the night before, but how?
Sasuke tried to ignore the feeling that climbed his chest it was like he owned her an apology but for what?
She blows his head with a lot of questions and them she would left them unanswered and hated that but he was dying to know everything about her he felt as of he was Sakura or that Yamanaka.
He wanted to know how she spent her childhood what happened to her mother and everything about her because it's not fair right?
She knows everything about him, he was like a glass in front of her and yet he knows nothing.
A sigh left his chest taking some of the pressure inside he left his chair.
Throwing the dishes in the sink but before he walk away Sasuke glanced at them over his shoulders.
'Why did you propose if you will let her carry all the responsibilities?'
Damn that Yamanaka and her loud mouth, he turned rolling his sleeves and began to wash his dishes

Kiba was more than happy he had decided the wedding and everything and now he was going out with his team like before and hinata would be there too and to make things better Hinata's cooking too!
This world couldn't be anymore beautiful
Kiba spotted a familiar figure in the crows
"Oiii! RYU!!"
People start looking at him but his eyes focused on the younger ninja
Ryu looked back and the disappointment was obvious on the young guy's face, his plan on avoiding this was destroyed once the Inuzuka called him in the crowd he knew immediately that he would drag him
"Oi are you heading there too? Ahahaha you wouldn't miss Hinata-chan's cooking right? Well me too" and the brown head male burst into tears from his laughter there was nothing funny why was he so happy thankfully kiba ignored the way Ryu tensed when he mentioned her name.
Ryu didn't struggle he never did when it came to kiba this wild shinobi was stubborn wouldn't give up easily if you things didn't go as he wanted.
And Ryu found the best excuse to be there despite his attempts to not be around her.
He didn't listen to the older man talking he was deep drown in his thoughts.
"Oii, guys we're here!!"
The Inuzuka shouted making Ryu raise his eyes forward there was they were his team and the Inuzuka's and...Her.
Her expression didn't show anything, she was there like her usual self as if he came for training.
He watched as the elders team got engaged in chatting while he stood by his team.
"You still avoiding it Ryu"
His teammate and best friend stood by his side
This time the dark haired boy gathered his hair in a loose bun.
Ryu nodded and he watched ken's eyes drifted to their female teammate as she helped their sensei
"You too ken"
Ken looked at Ryu with wide eyes then they went back to their normal size he didn't get the chance to talk and he was grateful for their sensei for calling them to eat lunch.
While they were all seated Ryu chose the furthest spot away from her hoping that his friends would cover him.
He listened to them chatting and his head was away from them doubts were attacking him
That until someone placed a lunch box and he looked up to the person and met those lavender eyes staring at him with a smile
"This is for you Ryu-kun"
Hinata smiled to her student as she passed the lunch boxes to the others and kiba shouted
"Hin-chan this is unfair why did you make the kid one different than us!!"
Ryu looked down to his lunch she tried to draw him
And he looked down to stop his blush

How would he stop now? She was giving him no chance to forget her
Ryu clapped his hands

Despite that he preferred to watch the sunset that painted the sky beautifully he couldn't
Sasuke heard about kakashi's plan and he didn't like it at all, so there he was walking towards the hokage's office with fast steps he will not interfere in this shitty plan of his.
So he slammed the door open ignoring the Haruno who was standing there like as if she wasn't there
"Oi, kakashi!"
The sliver haired man didn't even flinch he just mentioned with his head for the kunoichi to leave and she did looking to the standing uchiha one last time before exiting the room and before he say any of his greetings Sasuke started
"The Nara told me what you want me to do and I'm here to tell you that I won't step in that place ever again!"
Kakashi didn't expect that from his student and he wondered why?
"Well it's nice to see you Sasuke"
"Cut it kakashi, I know you sent me there to spy for you but I'm here to tell you that I won't go through what Itachi went through!"
(Aha) kakashi thought Sasuke was avoiding being in his brother's steps.
Sasuke didn't wait for his sensei's response he turned but when the older man spoke again he listened
"You know they were planning on attacking us?"
Sasuke stopped he wanted to roll on the floor laughing loud so loud that danzo would hear him in his grave but only a smirk drew his lips
"You know Kakashi this place means nothing to me, everyone around is a criminal for killing my brother Not me"
And then he left leaving Kakashi stared at the slammed door thoughtfully.

He left the office ignoring all the whispers around him leaving the building and when he stepped out
He cursed!
The sun had gone leaving its farewell's colors and for some reason this purple shade reminded him of something but he was too lazy to think about.
"Sasuke-kun!"
Sasuke fought the argue to roll his eyes at the sihnd behind him, he really hated his name being called from her he wished to run but he didn't want to look like crazy and for some reason he felt bad for dragging her behind like that
"Sasuke-kun, I..I heard what you were talking to Kakashi-sensei"
And? Sasuke looked at her he wanted really to jump and vanish And the pink haired kunoichi sensed that so she changed the subject immediately
"Sasuke-kun" sakura jumped suddenly in front of him with her cheered grin
"How about we all go to dinner, all together?"
Sasuke rolled his eyes when she pressed on the all
And looked up to the sky she was annoying he wanted to shut her out of his life forever.
His eyes raised to the purple color on the sky looking at it taking him away from this person in front of him
"Hinata-chan too"
(Aah) that's name caught his attention and suddenly he smiled when he figured to who this beautiful shade of purple reminded him of Sasuke didn't want to ruin what he was in right now, soon he would in front of her and away from this person.
Sasuke passed his teammate heading home until she spoke again
"You've changed"
Sasuke looked ahead of him leaving her staring at his back but that didn't stop her it never did
"You've changed since marriage you always leave when you get your job done heading home, you used to go out with Naruto and me a lot even if we weren't here we would see you out walking in the village"
He remembered escaping his home a lot before all these gathering at the ramen shop together and listening to the gossiping villagers around him.
"Now you always stay home, Never come out to see any of us not even when Naruto is here you don't
Sometimes I wondered what kept you there
But nothing came to my head not even Naruto knwos"
He knows she was true and he didn't have anything to say to her what else would he say?
Deny it! He couldn't even deny it inside his head so he just kept his lips pressed wanting to go home already but why he couldn't
"At least only this time hinata-chan is already with Naruto i saw them so why not join them?"
Sasuke turned looking at her with narrowed eyes
"What did you say?"

Hinata shifted on her seat, listening to the blonde guy in front of her as he talked about everything and anything she was uncomfortable.
The only thought that flew inside her head was finding an escape she wanted to just stand and gathered her things then leave.
Out from here, away from those people around her
As soon as she came back to her house she found the future hokage standing at her door and before she turned and hide Naruto had ran to her dragging her around the village and then suddenly he wanted to drink with her but he was the only one drinking.
Naruto looked up to her, to her pressed lips and tight fists and he only noticed that he was the only one talking
"So hinata-chan how are you?"
The girl fidgeted on her seat he asked so suddenly
Naruto looked up to the confusion in her eyes and he grinned Continuing
"I mean with marriage and all is it really a lot of responsibilities?"
He was thankful that the confusion were wiped from her face
"I'm.. fine"
If he wasn't someone who was used to her quietness her voice would be faded in the loud mouths around them before it got to his ears but he caught it
"I'm glad I heard that some men are throwing responsibilities on their wives without having some, is teme the same? Because if he was you can alw-"
"He's not"
She didn't let him finish and he looked up surprised
she was smiling and he couldn't help the tug inside
Naruto gulped his drink at once pouring another one as he chuckled
"ehh, is that so?" Naruto uttered quietly
The hyuga nodded trying to reassure The Uzumaki about his best friend
"He had d..done so much for m..me"
Naruto was busy with his drink pouring and gulping it once as he listened to her stutters about her husband he never looked up because he knows that he would find that stupid tiny smile she formed to reassure him to not worry about her.
How come he was trying to make things go back to before when they were all friends but now he was regretting? Sakura was right he was a really idiot
His head started to feel light but he masked it with one if his grins, listening to Hinata's stories about her hero whenever he stand up for her in front of her family or those sweets he brought home everyday she even knew his favorite color was blue, Not even Sakura knows that.
"Che"
Hinata stopped looking at the red face of Naruto
When he chuckled swallowing his drink again he was already drunk and she couldn't stop him.
"Ne hinata, you know I thought you were into me weren't you?"
Hinata stared at him the feelings of her old, selfish weak self came washing her reminding her of her weakness her weakness that took away one of the most precious person ever why?
Because she was in love with the same person in front of her
"But hearing you now talking about Teme i..I wonder if you really loved me?" Naruto pointed at himself cheeks were red he wasn't aware of his words.
"Or did your feelings change so fast? Who's next hin-chan?"
Hinatas pressed her lips she felt disgusted by herself as if she came out from a trash.
Looking down to her hands she tightened them as if she was in a nightmare trying to grasp her reality.
Naruto's chuckled woke her up like a slap telling her that she wasn't dreaming this was reality
"Hina-chan, you took away the only thing that I have been reaching for all these yea-"
The table between them was pushed and Sasuke was hissing lowly on Naruto's red face
"I told to keep your mouth shut!"
Naruto's shock disappeared soon and he frowned
"Why?"
Sasuke looked back to his wife but he seat was empty and it was like something dropped inside of him
He didn't what Naruto told her.
Sasuke let go of Naruto and walked to the door until Naruto's speak again
"Sasuke!"
Looking back to the blonde idiot
"Do you even love her?"
