'Sasuke Uchiha and Hinata Hyuga will get married in Friday'
Naruto went deaf after he heard the news, he just came back and planned to surprise Sasuke by his return but where was he going now?
His eyes fell to his feet and his head dangling heavy with all his thoughts inside, there was a lot of thoughts inside his head but still his head felt empty.
It because he had nothing to do, No power to change the fate, why did he turn his back on him? What fault did he make to left him thrown in the side? What was the thing that Sasuke needed that he didn't have? Was it because he took too long in his mission he wanted to ask but the feelings of betrayal, uselessness and embarrassment were blinding his boldness to do even though it was simply his right to ask, he couldn't look up he was embarrassed by himself the place around him felt empty yet crowded feeling all the eyes on him he felt stressed he felt cold and and heavy but empty too.
It was like the village was frozen from the shock of the news that came out of the hyuga, the streets were empty too they might be in their houses still gossiping about the new couple and their wedding they would attend, hiashi had said that it would be one of the biggest weddings, why was he so happy?
He learned that hiashi offered her hand in marriage without asking her
'How cruel!'
Sakura said he could hear the pity in her voice when she said it and he did too.

when Kakashi suddenly asked his presence he didn't know what was the great news he had for him until he was seated in the hyuga's compound in front of his lover ,his eyes met those dark ones as they stared back
How dare he? Asking him and kakashi to be their in his father-in-law's house to be his family for his coming wedding his eyes burnt against those cold ones he tried and tried to not show the pain inside him, the outburst that was flipping his stomach he bite his bottom lip and the pain of his teeth reminded him of their kiss in the dark hallway he closed his eyes reminding how their lips ran over each other until this damned old man had to ruin it
And now he was ruining his entire life again, and Sasuke was going with the flow.
Naruto opened his eyes when the door slide and the once was his stalker came in looking down trying to walk probably in that kimono, he wanted to walk over to Sasuke and punch him for breaking their gaze or break his hand before it reached Hinata's.
But he swallowed his pain trying to put out the fire that was eating him, all eyes were directed to the new couple as they knelt down in front of the hyuga's leader, Hiashi Hyuga.
Naruto watched as hiashi looked down at them
the megalomania dancing in his grey eyes as he gave his blessings to his daughter and her husband promising the uchiha that he will take him as his real son.
(He wanted a family)
The realization of all his questions sink deep inside
him refreshing his pain slowly, pointing to his imperfections and he was ashamed like all his thoughts were spoken loud in this huge room that filled with many and many people.
Naruto closed his eyes enduring the feeling of being visible like a glass between those people, the shame was like his secret relationship with the last uchiha, his teammate and best friend was spoken out loud.
His grip on his yukata tightened when he looked to their back turned to him the people around him never tried to keep their words unheard

'Hinata-sama looks beautiful'
'They look perfect together'
Somehow they did, both of his lover and his stalker looked good together... fitting.
How did they ended up together?
Naruto glared when he saw Sasuke looking at her trying to hold her hand but she pretended that she was fixing her purple kimono without looking at his hand, what a waste she missed the look on those dark eyes, why? Was she blushing?
She has all the right to do so, because she get to have Sasuke Uchiha for all herself without trying, she made him run to her without trying.
Because she will the one enjoying his kisses, his warmth and his company for the rest of their lives and not him because he wasn't fitting for Sasuke's dream

Naruto looked to where his feet lead him.. to this place where he once used to go to and where he was supposed to be the moment he came back from his mission they would be making dinner for themselves he looked at the uchiha's compound it was dark and empty if someone looked at it for the 1st time they would thought that it was haunted and nobody would dare to live inside it however he knows that there was someone who lived inside and would come back anytime soon.
Naruto walked back under the tree and leaned on it
He found it hard to turn his back on this place and leave, it was like giving up and he hated this feeling he had never given up on something so easy and it was so disappointing that he knew he had no choice
Minutes of silent under the tree went by until another steps disturb his silence and he almost jump knowing very well to whom they belonged to
Naruto frozen in his spot his embarrassment burned his face, he tried to hide his chakra to hide his presence, he didn't want anyone to see him given up he looked weak and useless.
Naruto watched the last uchiha walking towards his house, this was the last chance he could see him
But No Naruto's eyes burned when he saw the hyuga princess and the guards behind him walking they bowed to the couple as they watched them going inside Their house it doesn't belong to only Sasuke but hinata too.
Sasuke opened the door for her as she walked past him, how could she just walk without looking at him without meeting those eyes? If he was there Naruto would stood there appreciating the uchiha's beauty, those eyes and everything after all sasuke had worked to make himself looking good for her and he didn't fail even in his worst condition he was beautiful no one can doubt that.. Not even the hyuga princess who never looked at him.
Sasuke was about to step inside following his wife but he stopped he looked to the guards then narrowed his eyes drifting them to another direction where the trees were, His eyes fell-on the shadows for a minute before he turned and closed the door.
Despite the cold night, Naruto was sweating he clutched the fabric over his chest trying to shut the beating inside

Sasuke knew that he was hiding under the shadow of the trees, how pathetic!

Ryu stood at the edge of the river looking down to his feet
(Why?)
Because of those 4 years gap between them, she was the sensei and he was her student it was impossible what made him think that there was a way?
He cursed those damned 4 years between them, why did he had to born late?
Ryu remembered all these nights he stayed awake thinking of their future together, he was such an aspirants!

He didn't turn to face his teammate, he didn't even say anything to her, Ryu was aware of her feelings for him but he tried to be nice to her but not today.
He wasn't in the mood to say anything to anyone
He was hurt by his fails hope and his high dreams
Hurt by the hard reality when he was imagining every night he didn't want to open his eyes to look at Ren when she touched his shoulder and to avoid hurting her he walked pass her making a promise to himself that he won't attend the wedding.

Sakura asked herself as she looked at the mirror in front of her, was it really worth it?
She wasted her years of being a child, chased like crazy until her most of her teenage years passed fast and even now after she broke her promise she was still hanging, all because of him.

Who never even looked at her the way she hoped, how did she believed that one day she would be standing beside him as his wife? What sign did he gave to her that hinted that she was the one for him?
Nothing
And pained her, she loved him blindly, she laughed when she remembered taking care of him when he got sick practicing her wife's skills when the his real wife was already there taking care of her husband.
(Her husband) the words hurt her, knowing that the one she loved all her life belonged to another.
The feeling of failing hope she had years and years broke her and she couldn't shed a tear that could wash away the pain she couldn't do anything but a sigh

Sasuke looked at the ceiling, his body was warm with the excitement he had he was smiling a tiny smile a creepy one but no one was there to witness it.
