Dash's POV

I woke up to sound of my sister crying. When I sat up and looked around I saw what I assume was the laundry mat covered in blood. I looked around some more and saw I was next to Katie and Carter. Cas was sitting by Carter holding his hand. I looked over at Cas and started to ask questions.

"Cas where's my sister"

"Over with Adam. I'm not sure he'll make it out of this alive"

"Oh god"

I stood up and my head started to spin. I tried to steady myself but that just resulted in me falling to my knees.

"Damnit. Cas go check on her please"

"What about you and the others"

"We'll be fine. I'll call an ambulance to my house and we can get Adam there"

"Ok I'll help get him there and we can go from there"

Cas got up and went over to where my sister was. I crawled over to Katie and Carter and checked their pulses. They both had normal pulses. So I decided to try and wake them up.

"Katie wake up. We have to get out of here"

"Mmm. No"

"Come on Katie. Adam's in danger and if you stay here the cops might arrest you"

"Fine"

Katie sat up reluctantly. She walked around and gathered all of our stuff. I then woke Carter up and helped him up. We were leaning on each other to make sure we don't fall. We wouldn't be much help with getting Adam back to my house

"Hey sis. How bad is it"

"He won't wake up. His heart beat is faint and I'm not sure he'll live"

"Well let's get him back to the house and call an ambulance when we get home"

"Good idea. But I rode my bike here"

"Katie is stable enough to ride it. She also has all of our gear"

"Ok"

Carter and I hobbled out of the laundry mat and made our way back to my house. Katie then took off on Sam's bike. Cas and Sam were behind us with Adam. This is going to be a long walk home.

Sam's POV

I was carrying Adam by the armpits while Cas was carrying him by the feet. I still had tears falling from my eyes. I relied on Cas to make sure I wouldn't fall or run into anything. After about 15 minutes of carry Adam we both had to put him down and take a break.

"Jeez he's heavy"

"Well he is a guy Cas"

"True....How are you holding up Sam"

"Not well"

I had stopped crying but only because I didn't have any more tears to shed. We were a little more than half way to my house so Cas and I picked Adam back up and started to makes our way to my house again. Ten minutes passed by and we were walking up to my house. Cas and I got Adam to the bottom of the porch steps laying him down so he wouldn't fall over. We then went inside to help Dash, Carter and Katie clean up a bit. Katie actually had already cleaned up. So we just helped Carter and Dash.

"Ok guys if you don't need my help anymore I'm going to call an ambulance now"

"Ok sounds good Sam"

I walked out and sat on the step Adam was laying on. I pulled out my phone and started crying as I dialed 911. I made the call and the lady on the phone said they would be there shortly. So as I stayed on the line with her she started asking questions. I cooperated and answered.

"Sweetie what happened"

"He's a friend of mine actually. I saw him running up my street coming to my house and he yelled something about being mugged or jumped. I wasn't really paying attention because I thought he was joking. But his wounds are really bad and I'm trying to stop the bleeding."

"Ok that's good. The ambulance is on it's way. It'll be there soon. Is there anyone else there"

"Yeah my best friend and my brother but their in the house"

"Ok honey. Now what's your name"

"My name is Sam. Sam Brook"

"What about your friend what's his name"

"His name is Adam Slinger"

"Ok how old are you sweetie"

"I'm... I'm 15. He's 16"

The conversation continued on like this with the lady asking simple questions. That is till the ambulance came. I let them take him but I rode with them to the hospital so he would have someone there when he wakes up.

Cas's POV

When I heard the ambulance getting closer I stepped outside and ran over to Sam.

"Hey are you going with him"

"Yeah. Stay here tho I'll text you the story so you know"

"Ok. And Sam...call me if you need anything ok"

"Ok"

With that Sam jumped in the back of the ambulance and I turned around to see who was watching. At this point everyone needs to go home. But not before we clean up the laundry mat.

"Alright who's got magic to help clean up the laundry mat"

Katie and I went and cleaned it up pretty well. As for the bodies. Well technically most of them should still be alive. As for evidence we took the security camera footage. So we covered all the bases for not getting caught. Now we just have to make sure Carter doesn't need stitches.

"Dash how's he doing"

"Good actually. I think he'll be fine in a few weeks"

"Thank God"

"Yeah but you better go talk to him"

I listen to Dash and sat next to Carter.

"Hey what's up"

"Well I got stabbed by demons and my girlfriend practically did everything her self so I'd say not much is up. How about you how are you holding up"

"I'm fine. A little beaten up but fine"

"I didn't mean physically Cas. Seriously how are you"

"Well considering I thought I lost you I'm doing good. I am however worried about Sam"

Just as I said that my phone went off. It was a text from Sam.

Sammy😁: Hey Cassie. So the story I told them was he's a friend of mine and he got jumped or robbed and ran up to my house. I also told then you and my brother were home but not my parents. So get Katie and Carter out of there before they send an officer over there unless you wanna come up with a reason they're there.

Me: Ok ok I'll come up with something. And thanks for the heads up. How's Adam doing

Sammy😁: Idk yet. They haven't told me anything. I'm in the waiting room

Me: Ok well call if you need anything

Sammy😁:Will do ttyl

With that all sorted out I got some food and water and just watched a movie to keep my mind off of the situation. Adam you better make it out alive for Sam's sake.
