47|The Voice In The Dark

Sam's POV

We were running through the woods and Cas was falling behind the deeper we got.

"Cas hurry up we have to catch up to this thing"

"But there's something wrong I can feel it"

"What do you mean"

"I think we're walking into a trap"

"What. Why would that happen"

"I don't know but there's something wrong"

"She's right Sam. We are about to walk into a trap"

"But how did they know we were going to show up"

"You and your brother scouted this area earlier. They must have smelled you then"

"Damn. Ok we need to go back a worn the others"

"Chances are they already got to them. We need to get ready for anything"

"So we're going in then"

"Yeah let's keep going"

We pressed on. Even though everything in my body was telling me to turn around and run. We got a few feet out and then there he was. The werewolf. But I knew him.

"Hey aren't you that kid from my school"

"Wait Sam you know this kid"

"Kinda. I had a class or 2 with him"

"Really"

"Oh yeah. I've seen him. Aren't you Tamashi"

"No that's what he goes by. But I can't remember his real name"

"Can you stop talking about me like I'm not here"

"Oh now you say something"

"Why are you guys following me"

"Because your a werewolf and we're hunters"

"Oh well that makes more sense. But you aren't actually going to kill me are you"

I looked over to Cas and she knew what to do. She slammed Tamashi into a tree and held him there. Note with her magical powers.

"You're gonna tell is who your pack leader is and where we can find em"

"What are you talking about. What do you mean pack leader"

"You know the head of your pack. The one guy leading you"

"I'm not a part of a pack"

"Then why are you out here"

"Because if I'm in the public for too long I'll get the strong urge to rip out someone's heart and eat it. So I come to the woods and hope the urge dies down. If not I kill a deer. Not as good but it's better then human"

"He's right guys look over here"

Carter had found a few dead deer with their hearts missing.

"Then why do we feel like we walked into a trap"

"Because you did"

Out of nowhere in the distant woods a deep eerie voice spoke. It felt dark and it was almost as if it was everywhere.

Dash's POV

Adam and I had stayed back just in case something happened. We pretty much sat in the tree house on high alert.

"What is taking so long"

"I don't know Dash. You tell me"

"Honestly I have a feeling they ran into trouble"

"What kind of trouble"

"I don't know but it's not as bad as whatever your thinking about"

"Well still we should go help them"

"How. Katie and Cas are there. They will be fine"

Cas's POV

While we were trying to figure out what the hell was talking I got distracted and released Tamashi. He didn't run. Probably too scared to. I then realized we were surround by vamps.

"Guys look"

"Oh shit. This isn't good"

"Get ready to fight because we aren't running out of this"

"Sam text your brother and have him bring us some machetes"

"On it"

While Sam texted her brother Katie and I took the lead. We were both ready to do our worst. This is going to be a hard fight to win of Dash doesn't get here soon.

Dash's POV

Once I got the text from Sam I ran to my bike and I rode faster then I ever had before. With in 3 minutes I was at my house turning Sam's room upside down. Within 2 minutes I found the machetes. I then rode my way back just as fast as when I left Carter's. 8 minutes may be the difference between them making it out alive or not.

"Adam. Get your ass down here and start running"

Adam jumped down and started running in the same direction my sister and the others had. I followed him on my bike. I caught up and I told him what was going on. He kept running and I kept peddling. Not too long after we found them. I handed Adam a machete and pulled one out for myself. Him and I plowed our way through the vamps and reached the others.

"Here take these"

"Your a life saver Dash"

"Don't say that yet"

Sam's POV

With all of us in one place we had to fight as hard as we could. At least one of us has to make it out alive. So with our magic people on opposite sides and everyone else in the middle we went in and started chopping heads off. There were hundreds of them. And we put up a good fight. Now of course it wouldn't be a good book if we all just died right then and there. So we all were fighting as hard as we could. Blood everywhere. Heads everywhere. We had gotten it down to about 30 vamps. At this point we were all tired as shit. And it's not like we could run and get away. We were still surround.

"Ok guys there are 6 of us and 30 of them. 5 for each of use. We can do this guys"

Cas was trying to give us hope. I then realized we had Tamashi on our side. Well for the most part.

"Tamashi get you ass up and help us"

"But I'll get killed"

"If we die you'll be dead either way but this way you might have a chance to make it out alive"

"Fine"

He got up and ran after a few vamps. He was ripping them to shreds while the rest of us where hacking away at them. Once we did kill them all we heard that bone chilling voice again.

"Wow you kids are a lot stronger then I thought. I look forward to seeing what else you can take on"

And just like the voice and the presence of the voice disappeared. We all pretty much collapsed in tiredness.

"Wait what about Tamashi"

"We'll keep an eye on him"

Cas tied him up and we all went back to the tree house. We left Tamashi there then we went to Carter's house to clean up a little.

It took a lot of thinking to put this together. Also I may start a new story eventually. But for now I'm working on this. Hope you liked it and thanks for reading.
