We stopped at an abandoned station, trying to get some more gas for our journey. We had to get rid of the truck Daryl and I were in. It's a good thing he had the bike. Merle's bike. I run my fingers over it gingerly before saying a quick prayer.

I turn and grab Daryl and I's bags and lead Butter over to the car with Sam and James, handing them our limited things. Butter jumps into the car and sits with James in the back seat.

"Be safe." I tell them, before kissing their heads and shutting the door before walking over to the bike again.

"Hold on tight." Daryl tells me, looking over his shoulder when I get on behind him. I smirk. "You'd like that wouldn't you." He smirks back and turns around, facing back towards the road, not answering my question. He walks the bike over to the rest of the cars.

I smile and watch as Rick kisses Lori and she walks to the other side of the car. I turn and see Shane's reaction, which is emotionless, broken, angry. I swallowed hard. I loved Shane and I hated seeing him so broken.

"Let's get a move on." Rick says and I pull myself closer to Daryl and wrap my arms around his waist. Soon we're on the road again.

Daryl leads us down a highway with my head leaned up against his back. When I noticed all the cars I looked up. "How far did we get?" I ask him groggily. "A ways. You fell asleep for most of it. Was worried you might've fallen off. You know, with all the talking you do and then going silent." I smack his arm. "We both know I rarely talk."

He looks over his shoulder at me and then back to the road. "Maybe, but not to me you don't."

I'm silent for a few moments. "Thank you Daryl." I tell him. "For what?"I place my chin on his shoulder. "For saving me. Twice in one day. I'm lucky to have you." He stays silent. And then, "Anytime sunshine." I smile again at the nickname.

The cars in front of us get tighter and tighter and the RV stops behind us. "They can't fit." I mumble, turning around to watch the RV. "I know." He sighs, looking over his shoulder.

We turn around and pull up next to the RV. "Oh jeez." Dale says out the window. "Aw no. See a way through? "

"Uh, maybe we should just go back there's an interstate bypass--" Glenn says from the passenger seat. "We can't spare the fuel." Dale says, trying to maneuver through the cars.

"Jeez." Glenn says, looking around.

As Daryl leads us through the cars, I hold my crossbow, ready to shoot anything that jumps out. Behind us, the RV clanks and the engine sputters. I jump at the sound. Daryl stops the bike and helps me off.

"Problem, Dale?" Shane asks him. I sling my crossbow onto my back and follow Daryl to the RV.

"Just a small matter of being stuck in the middle of nowhere with no hope of--" He stops himself. "Okay, that was dumb." He mutters, looking around.

"If you can't find a radiator hose here..." Shane says, stepping close to me.

"There's a whole bunch of stuff we can find." I tell them.

"I can siphon more fuel from these cars for a start." T-Dog says. "Maybe some water." "Or food." Carol and Glenn add

"This is a graveyard." Lori looks at us, horrified at the scene. "I don't know how I feel about this."

"All right, here we go." Shane says, ignoring Lori's comment. "Come on, y'all. Just look around, gather what you can."

Daryl and I walk down the road a bit and look through the trunks of some of the cars. I pull out a loose, grey crop top.
