After you left Herobrine's room you went to the guest room. You packed up your things and went to the front door. Notch saw you on the way out.
"Y/n, where are you going?" He looked concerned.
"I'm no longer needed here, I'm going home." You turned and began to walk out.
"Ok. Be safe." You nodded and left. You had a 4 day journey in front of you.The journey was boring. You were very glad to be back at your house. You walked in and set your stuff down. You immediately went to your kitchen and made some food. You ate silently, as there was no one to talk to. You thought of Steve and felt bad for him. How did he do it?
You took a shower and went to bed. You were exhausted. You didn't know what you were going to do but you knew you had to come up with something, otherwise you would overthink everything.
You woke and sighed. You thought that maybe it was a bad dream and Herobrine didn't kick you out, but it wasn't. You went into your storage room and grabbed out some seeds. Time to make a garden. You went outside and to the left. You didn't have a side or back yard so you would make the garden close to your home. You dug up some rows for water and began.
Once you placed the water you prepared the land. You dug a bunch of holes and sprinkled the seeds in them. You covered them up and watered them. Done. You realized it was only lunch time and smiled with your progress. You went inside and got yourself something to eat.
Once you finished eating you went to your storage room and grabbed some building materials. You were going to build a stable so you could have a horse. You drew out the design and smiled at the look of it. It would look like a mini version of your house.
You began building. Once you had the walls finished you started the roof. You were balancing on the wall. The wall was tall enough that it would really hurt if you fell. You started adding the beams for your stable.
"Hello y/n." You heard someone say from behind you. You jumped and almost fell off. You managed to catch yourself and lift yourself back up.
"Hey what-" you cut yourself off as you saw the person in front of you.
"Who are you?" You said to the blue, cloaked figure. You sat down on the edge of your wall.
"I'm Matter." You held back a laugh. What type of name is that?
"Well uh, hi Matter. Should I know you?" You questioned the being. Then, it clicked. The deep voice, glowing red eyes, it's the guy who would possess Herobrine.
"Wait, you're the guy who spoke to me through Herobrine." You spoke.
"Correct. I finally finished working on my person. I can now walk freely in my own body." He sounded proud.
"What are you doing here? Why did you use Herobrine?" You kicked your legs slightly. Matter floated upwards so you could look at him straight on instead of looking down.
"Well, I'm here to speak with you. I used Herobrine to do my work." You were confused.
"What was your work?" He groaned.
"You ask a lot of questions."
"I know. Can you answer them?" He nodded and sat beside you. You turned and sat Indian Style in front of him.
"First, I had him collect a few things for me so I could finish my body. Then after that was finished, I kept using him so I could speak with you. You're intriguing. The reason I wanted to finish my body is so I can carry out with my plan. Before you ask, no I won't tell you what it is." You nodded.
"Fair enough. Why did you not like being called Hero even if you weren't actually Herobrine?" You asked the question that had been bothering you.
"Because, the original Herobrine wouldn't except that. The original Herobrine before you was tough." You were slightly offended.
"Before me? I didn't do shit." He chuckled.
"You affected him more than you realize. He's soft now. I'm trying to fix that." You didn't like where this was going.
"You shouldn't change someone. If he wants to act like he is then let him." Apparently, Matter didn't like that.
"No. He will be how he is supposed to be. He was designed to be a fighter." You rolled your eyes.
"No, he was designed to be the face of Minecraft. He just didn't want to do as he was told. He was rebellious."
"He was rebellious and tough. He didn't take anything from anyone. He wouldn't let a thief stay alive." Matter said giving you a look as he said thief.
"Are you calling me a thief?" You accused.
"You are." He shrugged.
"It's my job. Maybe if people didn't cheat it wouldn't have to happen." You defended.
"Just because it's your job doesn't mean it's not thieving." You rolled your eyes.
"If you just came here to call me a thief you can leave. I'm building." You hopped down and grabbed some more materials and made a ladder.
"No, I came here to ask if you'd help me." You were intrigued.
"Ok, what do you need help with?" You asked as you placed the ladder. You climbed up and began the roof again.
"I need help taking control of Minecraft." You groaned. Not another one.
"And why do you want control?" You asked, placing more wood.
"Because, I can help this world. I can make it better." You nodded as you listened.
"How would you do that?" You kept working.
"I would remove all hackers. I would remove any ability to hack. I would protect the code more. I would remove AI's." You stopped what you were doing and looked at him.
"Why would you remove AI's?" You shook your head to clear it and went back to working.
"You're too strong. All AI's have minds of their own. They don't do exactly as they should."
"So you want me to help you remove myself?" You continued working. Like that's gonna happen.
"If you help I won't remove you." You nodded slowly.
"Do I get to control some of the world?" You questioned. He nodded.
"You swear?" He nodded again.
"Ok, then tell me what you are. Are you an AI?" You weren't agreeing to help, but you weren't necessarily disagreeing. You figured you'd fake it til ya made it.
"No, I'm a glitch, a mistake. I just refined myself so I don't glitch around as much." You nodded slowly.
"Sounds fun." You finished your roof and hopped down to work on the fence.
"Eh it's alright." This guys actually seemed decent. I mean sure he wants to remove all AI's and he's a little unstable but he's working on it. You laughed. You didn't actually think that.
"Why did you laugh?" He narrowed his eyes.
"Calm down, I just thought of something funny." He suspiciously nodded.
"Well, I'm going to try and talk to Notch and see what happens." He then disappeared.
