When the Sun hides

I sent him a Good Morning message before I left the house. Madilim pa pero nagsisimula na ang araw ko. I'm not going to use my car dahil coding ako every Wednesday.

Sumakay ako sa tricycle palabas ng Subdivision at pumara naman ng jeep upang makarating sa Bus Terminal. Dahil masyado pang maaga, kaunti palang ang mga pasahero.

Sa byahe ko nalang itutuloy ang tulog ko. Mabuti nalang at bagong unit ng Bus ang natiyempuhan ko.

I reached the office in exactly 30 minutes. I glanced at my watch and it was only six in the morning. The lights were still off. I was the first employee aside of course from the guard. I didn't bother turning on the lights, only the aircon, and went directly to my table. I was still sleepy and so I dozed off at my desk.

"Nabasa niyo ba ang nasa news?" Sabi ni Rose. Hindi ako nakinig sa kanila at sa halip ay inilabas na lamang ang cellphone ko.

We just finished our lunch and currently waiting for those people at the sink to finish.

I opened my internet and sent a message first to Ken. I then clicked my Facebook App. I was checking my Facebook account when a post caught my attention. I joined different fan groups to keep updated. Alam ko kasi na mabibilis ang mga fans. They can easily spot something unusual and fishy.

'Breaking News: Ken with his non-showbiz girlfriend.' I read the caption. The attached photo was kinda blurred. It was hard to tell if Ken was the guy. Pero medyo pamilyar ang lugar pati ang damit ng babae. Yellow dress with puff sleeves.

I covered my mouth and my eyes widened upon realizing who could the woman possibly be.

"Tapos na sila. Tayo naman." Sabi pa ni Rose. Tumayo na rin ako at ipinagpaliban muna ang pagbabasa para hugasan ang lunch box at kutsara at tinidor na ginamit ko. I finished it as fast as I could and went back to my phone.

"Milk tea tayo."

"Mamaya nalang, meryenda." Usapan ng mga kasama ko pero nasa facebook post na iyon lang ang diwa ko.

I checked it again. Comments and shocked reactions were coming in.

Bigla akong kinabahan.

I zoomed in the photo.

Sino naman ang kumuha nito?

I checked my twitter account and my notifications were flooding in as well. Jusko! Mas lalo akong kinabahan. Iniisip ko tuloy kung may picture ba ako na suot ang ganoong damit o kung nasuot ko ba iyon sa events ng SV19?

Ang bilis kumalat ng haka haka. Nagkakagulo na ang halos lahat ng fans sa twitter at facebook. Kinakabahan ako na makarating ito sa Management nila. Hindi ko alam ang gagawin.

How can we clean this? Who should clarify this?

To at least lessen the tension and distract the attention of the fans, I tried commenting positively.

'Let's trust Ken. Alam naman nila ang mga bawal. I believe that he won't do such a thing that can ruin their career.' I commented. Good thing that a lot was in second the motion. My fan account has become big with thousands of followers though very few know my real name, just the people that I met during their first concert.

Isa sa mga ikinaganda ng pagiging big account, some fans may follow and trust you.

Still, we must be extra careful.

Knowing some fans, especially the kids, they will surely dig deeper on this. Hindi sila titigil hanggat hindi nila nalalaman kung ano ang totoo at kung sino ang babae na iyon.
