Better then Winning <3

After looking for a while lunch break was called. Me and mar went to the cafe and ate the boys had already found three flags hector found 1 Mattia found 1 and Kairi had found one and I found 2 which means there was 1 more to go. I walked over to mar and asked how much he needed to find.

Y/N: how much more do you need to find?
Mar: just 2 what about you?
Y/N: 1 lets find yours first since you need to find more
Mar: okay

We walked around and looked for his flag until he got a text saying his team found one. I then started to look for mine until mar found our last flag.

Mar: Y/N over here

He grabbed it and gave it to me.

Y/N: thank you now lets find your last one and our teams should meet up some where and place them down together
Mar: sounds good

We kept walking around, as we slowly got tired I then thought about looking by the lake since no one has gone there.

Y/N: mar lets go by the lake no one has gone there yet what if its there
Mar: your right

we walk into the woods through the pathway into the lake area there were 3 flags one green team and yellow team and lastly the blue flag!

Y/N: mar I found it

I ran over and grabbed it and handed it to him

Mar: Thank You!

he hugged me

Y/N: no need to thank me, we helped each other now come on lets meet up with the teams and me and you can place the flags down together.

We texted our teams and we met up.

Hector: what is mar doing here aren't we supposed to try and win if there here they have a better chance of winning and look they found all there flags we still need to find one great!
Y/N: we found all ours too HECTOR! Now give me all the flags so I can place them down.
Mar: I got all the flags of my team you ready Y/N?
Mattia: wait babe what are you doing?
Y/N: just watch, come on mar

I grabbed his hand and we both smiled at each other

Mar: we win this together okay no cheating
Y/N: I can say the same for you competitive one
Mar: ha-ha very funny

We walk over and stand in front of our team colored log

Mar: 3
Y/N: 2
Mar: 1
Y/N: go!

Mar places his flags down as I don't and stand there with a smile on my face.

Instructor Jake: Blue team congrats you are in first place!

The Blue team cheers!!

Mar: wait! What!???

Mar looks over at me as I wave my flags at him still in my hands and not placed

Mar: why'd you do that we were supposed to do it together
Y/N: well you helped me out with finding my flags so I decided to do a little extra for being nice

I place my flags down

Instructor Jake: congrats red team your in 2nd place

Mar came over and hugged me tight as I laughed

Mar: I owe you big time
Y/N: no you don't owe me anything the only thing you owe me is our friendship to go back to normal I miss this mar, I miss us being friends
Mar: I miss being friends too
Y/N: so what do you say lets put all this behind us and go back to how we were before
Mar: yeah
