Stef's: POV
After we got done eating breakfast. Lena drifting back to sleep, she was pretty much out of it. Due to the medicine that was still in her system, l guess the kids are up. Cause l hear Brandon's voice, my guess he's fussing with Frankie. Those two have been going at it non stop since last night. Lena doesn't want me to intervene, she's right
I decided to go downstairs to clean up the kitchen. When I get there both sitting at the table having breakfast and l don't say a word. I guess I could take them skiing for a little while, since Lena went back to sleep. I took them to get ready, the dishes are in the dishwasher. I wipe down the stove and table, Brandon told me. Frankie was crying last night after l went with Lena to the hospital. Brandon was such a great brother, it seems Frankie was effected the most. Brandon said he was okay, Frankie came back down. She asked me where Lena was, she's sleeping l say to her. Hopefully that had been enough to ease her mind a little bit, now where just waiting on Brandon to finished getting dressed. Frankie has on her ski gear, the ski lodge is ten minutes away. I go back upstairs real quick to double check on Lena before we leave, she's still sleep
I enter our bedroom and give her a kiss. I grabbed my car keys and wallet so we can head out.

Lena's: POV
I don't know how long I've been sleeping. The noise woke me up
Frankie came in while I was asleep, she told me her Brandon and Stef were going skiing. I was happy for the peace and quiet for a while, maybe l could get some reading done since I'm ordered to rest, for a few days. Doctor's orders, I'm glad to be away from work. Don't get me wrong I love my job, this is a much needed trip to spend time with my wife and kids. We rarely get time together, but I see the kids all the time. I hardly ever see Stef accepts only in the morning, I know that it's not her fault when she's on call. We haven't been intimate with each other in weeks, maybe when I'm feeling better.
