Stef woke up early to get breakfast started for everyone
This was usually Lena's job in preparing the meals. Since she's not feeling well, Stef figure she'll do something special for Lena to show how much she cared,

Stef made pancakes, turkey sausage, eggs, and fruit.
She made Lena her favorite tea to drink. While Stef made herself a cup of coffee, the kids drank orange juice or milk. Stef put a load of plate of pancakes on the table. So the kids can serve themselves when they came down, but made her and Lena's plate. Stef gathered the silverware and napkins, on the tray.
Stef was planning on taking Brandon and Frankie skiing later this afternoon so Lena could rest

When Lena rolled and realize Stef's side of the bed was empty
Lena looked at the time on the phone. And saw it was 9:30 in the morning, Lena pushed the covers off. So she could go use the bathroom. Lena felt a little dizzy
When she looked down and saw she had on a hospital bracelet from last night. Everything that took place in the last 24 hours
Was overwhelming for her,
But one thing for sure Stef was there at the emergency room with her. So she wouldn't be alone, Lena brush her teeth and washed her face. Lena got back in bed, She turned the tv on
