Lena's: POV
With Stef being out with the kids for the day
I decided to make a big pot of soup.
For when they come back they will something
Hot to eat, l know l'm supposed to rest and take it easy
But l can't just lay and around in this cabin and do nothing
I hope Stef keeps her promise to Frankie. And take her
to the basketball game next week, Frankie's been acting out lately
Stef hasn't been around much due to her schedule at the hospital
I know Frankie misses Stef has been doing alot of overtime
Those. It's beginning to put a strained on our marriage
I know she works hard and wants to provide for all of us,
I'm sure the kids have heard us arguing from time to time
I never want them to see fussing and carrying on with
Each other. Lord knows l love that woman more than life itself
Sometimes l wanna be top priority in her life
It might be selfish of me to say, l've given her to beautiful children
When we married l knew what l was signing up for.
I love this life we created together.

Stef's: POV
Me and the kids have been out all day
I'm glad l was able to spend sometime with them
I Just hope Lena's taking it easy and resting
Like she's supposed to. Knowing Lena like the back of my hand
Lena's probably up doing some work or something
I know that l have not been putting my wife first
We have these heated arguments. Where we don't speak for days
I gave her my word not to take on no more over time
Our wedding anniversary is coming soon, and l promise we would go some where special. I already told my boss
I don't want my job to ever  interfere with my marriage
I took off next weekend to take Frankie to the basket ball game
Little did l know that would be my last time with my baby girl
Of me seeing her. Our hearts will scattered
