I woke up to yelling in the living room. I grabbed clothes and put them on, then I went and brushed my teeth and hair in the bathroom. When I was done, I walked into the living room and saw Johnny looking scared on the chair in the corner and Dally, Two-Bit, and Steve yelling at shoving each other. I walked over to Johnny and stood in front of him, gently lifting his chin with my finger so be could look me in the eye. " What happened? Are you okay? " I asked. 

"They are fighting over who should beat up my parents. It was bad last night. " he said shaking. 

I sat down next to him and hugged and cuddled with him until he calmed down. He shared a kiss every know and then and he would kiss my left temple as I ran my thumb over his knuckles of our intertwined hands. 

"You could always stay with us. We have an extra bedroom. I could bounce back and worth between your bed and Darry's." I said. 

"That sound great." Johnny replied softly. 

"I know what you are thinking, we won't mind you living with us. You need to get out of that house. I get you love them, but think about your safety. I hate setting you hurt." I said. 

He nodded and kissed me. He makes me so happy, I don't know what I would do without him. He coddle with me and we fell asleep in the chair. 

Soda's P. O. V. 

Darry was making breakfast, Pony was sitting next to my reading a book. Steve, Dally and Two-Bit were yelling at each other and shoving each other. Then, there's Johnny and Rowen being cute and cuddly asleep. I smack Pony on the shoulder and pointed at the sleeping couple. He smiles and makes a heart with his hands. I look over at him and point to guess book and then to the three that are fighting. He nodded his head understanding what I was getting at. 

He through his book hitting the group. They all stopped and looked our direction and we both pointed to the sleeping Johnny and Rowen. They smiled and sat down watching Mickey Mouse. I got off the couch and went into the kitchen to tell Darry Rowen and Johnny are sleeping cuddled together. He nodded and times me not to wake them, but tell the gang breakfast is ready. I nodded and did as told. 

After we all she and did dishes, we went to the lot to play football. Darry left a note for Johnny and Ro incase they woke up. 

Rowen's P. O. V. 

I woke up and looked around. I shook Johnny awake. "Time to wake up handsome" I said. I looked at the coffee table and spotted a note. I read it and told Johnny what was where the gang was. 

"You want to go to Dairy Queen. It can be a lunch date, just the two of us, boyfriend and girlfriend? " Johnny asked. 

"I would love to, " I said and pecked his lips. 

I walked to my room and grabbed my white Converse and then walked back into the living room, putting them on. Once I was done, Johnny held the door open to me and wrapped his arm around my waist when we walked off the porch. It was a nice, romantic walk to DQ. When we got there it was pretty empty. 

We sat a a two person booth, sitting across from each other. We both knew what we wanted to order because we get the same thing everytime we are here. It wasn't to long after we sat down the waitress came for our order. 

"What can I get you lovely couple?" she asked. 

"I would like the BBQ pulled pork with fries and a coke. And she would like a cheeseburger with only bacon and ketchup with fries and a Pepsi. We would also like a hot fudge sundae to share, " Johnny said. 

She smiled and said "Alright. I will go put your order in and be right back with your drinks." Then she left. 

"So... I was out walking 'round town and I found something in one of the store windows. I bought it because I thought it would be perfect for you, so here, " Johnny said, sliding a shiny, gold box across the table. 

I grabbed it and saw

I gasped, "Johnny, I love it!" I squealed. 

He leaned across the table to kiss me. After we kissed, he stood up and grabbed the necklace from my hand and put it on. I smiled and we kissed again. After he sat down the waitress brought our drinks and said our food would be done shortly. 

After a few minutes our food was brought out and we began to devour our food. Johnny payed and tipped our waitress once we were done. We stood up and laced our hands together and headed home. Once we got there, we saw all of the gang already here. I could stop smiling and Soda noticed. 

"What's got you do smiley?" Soda asked. 

"Just a nice, romantic lunch date with Johnny. He also gave me this necklace and ring. " I said showing the gang. 

"Good for you. I am glad you had a nice, lovely time to yourselves. " Darry said. 

For the rest of the day we talked about what was going on in the town and watches movies. We all went to bed and the gang left except Johnny, he slept in the couch.
