12. Shocked

Zoya pov

"Zoya? It's you? Sahir... I said she looks familiar and you said I must have never met her before. See she's my zoya." What? She saw me before? All looked at her and she then looked at sahir and blinked her eyes before speaking.

"I saw your profile in sahir's table and... that's how I saw you. You look different beta that's why I couldn't recognize you. If I had you'll be already with us." She said the last sentence with a hint of something I couldn't get.

I was about to walk when I felt more pain near the same place in my foot and winced. Within a minute I was off the ground I shrieked and looked to my right to find sahir carrying me in bridal style." Heer.... what are you doing. Sorry. Sir... please let me stand on my feet." I said and I heard giggles. It was Zara and Noor.

He shook his head and said,"your hurt and I want my employees perfectly fine."here I thought he specially cared. In dreams. "Sahir... you cant talk that way and she's your childhood friend... more like very close friends." Amaya aunty said and he shrugged saying,"whatever  but now. Shes my personal secretary." He said. Such a jerk.

"I heard you" he whispered and I shivered when his breath touched my ear. "Bro.... leave my sister to me" rahul bhai said and he didn't nudge.

"Fine" he said and put me on the sofa as if throwing me. Am I a thing? You idiot.
"I have some work" he said and walked out of the house and I didn't hear his car sound. Did he walk? No way. The office is far. Maybe he went to meet his girlfriend. No. Please make it all not happen,god. He must be single and has no girls in his heart.

What? Zoya, tour not in love with that arrogant boss of your. "Basheer bhai... amaya di.... we planned to get zara and zayn married. You know zayn? My bhai's son." Mom said and both looked at me and then at mom.

"What about Zoya? We cant get Zara married before zoya" uncle said and I stiffened. "Uncle... i don't want to marry." I said and amaya aunty said,"why zoya? You know there is some one whis born for you who'll love you and be by your side always. Hell be your support" i believe her words too.

But... i feel like i dont want anyone. Sometime i just want to run somewhere no one can find me. "Let's get Zara and zayn married first. Aunty." I said and she smiled and looked at uncle. They seemed to have an eye conversation.

"Roshaane, will you give your daughter zoya's hand in marriage to my son?" What? This was shocking and  unexpected. "Bhai...." mom trailed off.

"Zoya... dont you like sahir? Your ammi would remember we planned your marriage when you were kids but, sahir said he doesn't wanted to marry when he returned from US. But now, your still at the age to marry. Will you beta?" Uncle asked me. What should I say? I cant make sahir's heart break. He loves someone. There must be a reason why he didn't say this to his parents

"Uncle... aunty.... I'm... sorry. I cant. I need time to come out of the heart break arham had given. In really sorry. And i say sahir is the best guy who a girl can get. but, I'm not lucky." I said and walked out of the house.

I saw sahir sir standing by the gate. He was..... is he smoking? I stormed towards him and pulled the cigarette from his hand and said,"what's this? Yuck" he glared at me and when I winced when again I got pain, his eyes soften. "Don't your girlfriend say not to smoke if she loves you?" I said out of the rage he's smoking one thing and the other is that I'm hurt.

"Girlfriend? What do you mean?" He asked and I said,"I know you love someone and that's why I rejected uncle's proposal . Now you can be with your girlfriend." My voice broke by the end. I stormed into the house and into my room before he could say something.
