21. Happy

Before the chapter I'd wish to say sorry for not updating all these days. I had no internet connection and few more probs. Anyway, here's the update.

Couldn't wish eid. Belated eid wishes. Eid Mubarak...

Sahir pov

It's been a year of our marriage and we planned to have an anniversary party for all our employees present there and announce who zoya really is. Since, I said zoya that I'm going to announce her as my wife, she's been acting very different.

Tomorrow is our anniversary and I have a surprise planned for my sweetheart and I found her doing something secretly. Maybe..... she's planning a surprise for me too.

"Excuse me, sir." I heard and lifted my head to find zoya. I raised ny brow and said," how many times should I say that I'm not happy to hear 'sir'?" She giggled and walked towards my table and settled few files saying I had to complete checking these today itself. Huh.

She seems to be the boss. My boss. A dreamy smile appeared kn my fa e and suddenly I felt zoya's face drop. What's wrong? "Zoya....." she looked up at me and when I asked her,"what's wrong" she shook her head and gave a tight lipped smile that didn't reach her eyes.

"Can I take an off from now since....." she trailed off but I said,"of course Mrs.Sahir" she blushed and walked out not before me pulling her into a passionate kiss.

I heard a knock and said,"come in" I was working on some files and when I felt a presence, I looked up since the person didnt utter a single word. It was Rahul.

"Hey buddy" I said and he sighed and sat on the couch. I walked to him and sat beside him only to see his gloomy eyes. "What happened?" I asked for which he said,"I got a call from my PI saying he found her. But...." he trailed off.

"But?" I asked for which he said,"she's married. "But how? You said shes not that marriage type right and you also mentioned she doesn't have belief on marriage" I asked disbelievingly. "I dont know. When I proposed her for marriage.... she left me saying she knows that she'll break my heart and now she's married?" He said and I hugged him where he broke down.

I somehow managed to calm him down and said,"don't forget to come tomorrow" he smiled a smile that didnt reach his eyes.

"Congratulations Mr.Sahir. But, we'd be happy to know who your mrs. Is" a friend of dad said and I smiled saying. "Sure.... " and I eyed noor and she went to bring zoya who was hell nervous to the garden where the party was.

"So... here she is" I said seeing her walking in the garden. All heads turned to her and as I guessed I saw the employees whisper. "Before you guys judge. I'd love to say that shes not a gild digger and I loved her before she joined our office. This is for our employees. And... shes also from a rich family but due to few complications she worked at our office. I'd be happy if you guys would stop yourself from backbiting" I said and saw zoya whi stopped kn her tracks and looked at me wide eyed.

I blinked my eyes once asking her to come on the stage.

We were now in our room after the party and zoya was in my arms sleeping peacefully. I looked at her face that looked at peace. "Stop staring at me like that" she said and I smiled saying,"I didn't know you were awake" she then looked up and said,"how? J dont feel sleepy. I'm very happy and your the reason behind it. I love you Mr.husband" she said and I rolled her and I was now on top of her.

Zoya pov

I'm very happy that allah blessed me with a husband like sahir. I love him and he lives me. He never leave the opportunity to show how much he loves. Sometime I persuade him to say how and how he followed me and when he fall for me.

Its happy to know that there was my husband to take care of me every minute. I suddenly felt nauseous and ran to the washroom. My stomach went empty and i think i know why i feel nauseous these days.

J went to the cupboard and took out the things I bought yesterday and went in the washroom.

It's been an hour and i didnt dare to see the pregnancy testers. I was seated on my bed and sleep took over me when I just leaned back on the headboard.

"Zoya..... are you okay?" Sahir asked looking at me worried. "I nodded and when he was about to walk in the washroom, I remembered and stopped him from going in. "Why what happened?" He asked and I tried to stop him but he walked in saying,"I must check inside." I closed my eyes and sat on the bed.

"Is this true?" Sahir came in our room and I looked at him confused. He showed me both the pregnancy tests. I smiled and looked at him who was smiling but looked shocked? "I think so" I said and he carried me in his arms and twirled making me giggle. I said,"we better take a proper test at the gynecologist before informing everyone."

"Congratulations mr.sahir.your going to be a father " the doctor said looking at sahir and I felt his hand on mine under the table. He gave a gentle squeeze and smiled with twinkling eyes. He had tears in his eyes.

We walked out if the doctor's room hand in hand. He leaned and pecked ny lio when we were in the car. I smiled and felt my hand reach my tummy and I was feeling blessed to carry a life in me.

"Thank you" he said and started the car to our house. We told everyone inviting them fir dinner. Mom was very happy and Noor was in cloud 9.

I walke into our room and took ablution and spread the prayer mat. I started praying thanking allah. After praying I raised ny hand and thanked him for everything.

Thank you allah. I never imagined I'll be happy after abbu's death but you proved me wrong and the fact there is something good in every happenings. It's TRUE. If my marriage hadn't stopped I wont have met sahir who loves me more than himself. Alhamdulillah
