"You're starting to piss me off Ethan," Alec said with a sinister tone. Then quickly walked away. That was my second time seeing him this serious.

"Sorry, I don't feel like going to the party now," Ethan rolled his eyes and walked towards his car.

"Ethan! Come on, don't let that get your mood off!" Jess yelled out to Ethan but he proceeded to drive off.

"Kyle?" Jess looked at him eagerly.

He sighed, "What a shitty mood, okay! Let's go to shake it off," he smiled at Jess.

Jess lightened up immediately. In return, Kyle seemed happy that Jess had lightened up.

"Go ahead, I'm not going," Colin said in his monotone.

"Weren't even asking you," Jess pulled down her lower eyelid and stuck her tongue out, "Bleh." She flipped him off and walked away, pulling Kyle along, warping her arms around his.

It was just the two of us, standing awkwardly, "Are you going to go home now?"

"Yeah," he answered.

This awkwardness is too unbearable. Quick! Think of something to say, "You look good without your glasses." I thought back to yesterday where his glasses flung down to the floor.

He smiled, "And you look cute with your apron on."

My eyelids shot open. Feeling flustered at that comment, I didn't know what to say back. So we stood there awkwardly for a few seconds.

"Come on, I'll drop you off at the front door," he put up a small smile. He walked me back to the front door and I waved him bye.

My heart couldn't stop pounding against my chest, it was weird. Not to mention that his body is toned. I didn't expect that, I thought he was someone who just spent most of his time on studying. I thought back to how Jess was used to seeing all of them shirtless when they were applying gel packs while I on the other hand was dying, trying not to make it seem like a big deal.

I wasn't expecting all of the guys to have defined muscles. Ahhh! No! I cannot get swayed like this! My mind flashed back to the kitchen where Alec caught me staring at Colin.

A tired sigh escaped my mouth, wait— Why do I care if he caught me staring at his friend? Jess earlier whispered that it was normal for Alec to react like that sometimes when something bothered him. Wonder what's bothering him this time...

While I endlessly thought of many possibilities of what bothered him this time, I heard the front door slam shut which made me flinch. I got up from my bed, walked out of my room and looked down. It was Blake, he looked angry.

"What happened this time?" I yelled down to him.

He looked up, glaring and yelled back, "Emily got apparently 'dared' to kiss a guy!"

"I know this is a girl's thing but who knows maybe some guys do it too but you wanna watch netflix and eat ice-cream?" I yelled back down at him.

"I didn't break up with her Cecilia," he huffed in frustration, "But yeah maybe alcohol would be better right now instead of ice-cream."

"You know your mother won't let you drink. You're underage. If it helps, there's a party at Cindy's right now."

"That's actually where I'll head to then. Thanks." He flashed a smile, quickly rushing out of the house.

Before I went back to my room, someone else came through the front door again. I looked down to see Lucas.

"Where's mother and father?" I ask, yelling it down, hoping my question reaches him.
