The Case of Rebecca Quin (DISCONTINUED)

Chapter 1

Ever since she'd woken up, she'd had a strange premonition. She couldn't explain it, she just knew something bad was going to happen. She tried to concentrate all day, but she just couldn't. She barely waited until the end of the day to return home and lock herself in the attic again... she couldn't imagine anyone else go through her things at that moment. When she started the engine of her car, her fiance found her pendulum along with a map of the city. She used it to get rid of her enemies, but she knew how to do it without they finding out where she was. As soon as the pendulum began to rotate, the creature from another world felt it. Becky had been trying to find him for three months without success. Every week a new body was found. Each of them was marked in the same way, all of these people died in an extremely violent manner. But this gave Freddie pleasure, that's how Becky called the human form of the demon. Luke felt that someone was watching him after the rock stopped right in their street. He thought it was just nonsense, and went out of the attic and locked it. Last night, while his girlfriend was sleeping, he made a cast of the key, it was his biggest mistake, and it would have cost him his life. As he was going down the stairs, he heard the bell ring. He opened the door and Freddie was standing in front of him. With one blow, Luke fell to the ground.

Rebecca got home as quickly as possible. She parked her car in driveway. The door was open, which made her run, but it was too late. The house was like after a tornado. Furniture was turned over and smashed ... in the living room, she saw him for the first time, hanging over the body of her fiance, pulling out his eyes. With her thought, she pushed him away from her beloved, her power was telekinesis. The only thing that came to mind at that moment was her amulet of quartz. She grabbed it and pointed it at Freddie when he saw it, he disappered. This amulet had the power to kill evil creatures. She returned her necklace and knelt beside the mutilated body. Her tears flowed like a river. How he found them, it's impossible without using unprotected magic. At that moment, her eyes fell on the key in his hand. Poor Luke didn't even have time to take it away before his fate overtook him. 

"No, no, no" " he sobbed, "you didn't do it!". She took the metal object from his hand and ran up the stairs. When she unlocked the door, she already knew the answers to her questions. Luke went into her hideout and used something. Her heart sank, and the thought that she was responsible for his death was like a lump in her throat. She fell to her knees and screamed. Her soul ached, if she had warned him, this wouldn't have happened. Worst of all, if she was told him everything, he'd leave her ... but at least he would be alive. She got up, she had no time to lose. This room should have been empty until the police arrived. She called Charlotte and told her to come as soon as possible. When the blonde arrived, her friend's eyes were swollen and red from crying. It had been half an hour, and she should have called the police soon. They both hugged and then got to work. About 2 hours later, all suspicious items were loaded into Charlotte's car. She drove them to her home, and Rebecca plucked up the courage to call 911. After the police arrived and saw the body, that was torn apart like by a wild animal, they suspected a serial killer that they had been chasing for 3 months. The one that Becky couldn't find, and today he was in her house, taking the life of her lover. After they saw the missing tongue to the torn out eyes, they were sure. One of them made a phone call.:

"Mr. Lopez, we have a new victim... I know he kills once a week, but this is his handwriting... his fiancee found it... I'm sending you the coordinates ... Yes, well, we're waiting for you."
